I ordered this primer for two reasons. First, my eyelids had started looking a little crepey as I’ve gotten older, and second, my eyeshadow never seemed to stay looking fresh for very long. After using this for a couple of weeks, I feel like it has helped with both issues. The formula is very lightweight and spreads easily across my lids. It has a nude tint that helps even out discoloration and creates a smoother canvas before applying eyeshadow. I only need a tiny amount for both eyes, so I can already tell this tube is going to last quite a while. What impressed me most is how much smoother my eyelids look when I use it. The soft-focus effect helps blur some of the texture and fine lines that tend to make eyeshadow look uneven on me. My lids look less dry and more refined, which makes my eye makeup apply more evenly. It has also made a noticeable difference in wear time. Before using this, I would often find creasing and fading by the end of the day, especially with shimmer shadows. Now my eyeshadow stays much more vibrant and in place for hours. Colors look more intense when applied over the primer, and I have noticed far less creasing than I used to get. I also appreciate that it does not feel heavy or drying. Some primers can make my eyelids feel tight, but this one remains comfortable throughout the day. In summary, this has been a really nice addition to my makeup routine. It helps smooth the appearance of my crepey eyelids, gives my eyeshadow a better surface to adhere to, and significantly improves wear time. Urban decay is my favorite eye primer. I have tried others and so far, none work like this one. However I am not a fan of the new stick inside of the container design. This takes up space that could be used for more product. Probably a way for them to cut back on product without you noticing and disguising it as "we added an applicator for your convenience". Very pleased with the color matching as it took away some of the blue in my eyelids and made them brighter. Sadly, my skin is not oily so eyeshadow become blotchier. Dang it! Really wanted it to work. But if your eyelids have a bit a dew, might be the one for you.

Personally, I think this is a great product. I have aging skin I have hooded eyes this goes on really creamy it dries fast and your eyeshadow stays on and looks spectacular I don't know if you guys could tell the difference but I posted a picture of one eye with this primer and eye makeup and one eye clear with nothing on it. I would recommend this product to anybody that has agent skin and also creases... ... show more

I received an originally sealed new Urban Eyeshadow Primer Potion. Upon opening: It was a caked inside the bottle, just a bit of old, dried out goo on the wand, pigments clumped together, bottle seemed full to only about 12% (shrinkflation too???????). The primer was unusable. I rubbed some of the crumbs on my hand and applied it for a test. It does nothing. No priming upgrade. Last, but not least, it gave me swollen eyes. Awful.
