This wins. Every other liner smudges or transfers on my lower waterline within a few hours. Even the urban decay waterproof eyeliner pencil. But this stayed, for the entire time, exactly how I put it. Used the same makeup, same primer etc. And the color is perfect for dark brown eyes.

I have Asian eyes so my eyelids are very thin and can oily which makes it difficult to find an eyeliner that stays. This eyeliner works wonderfully after I use a primer potion on my top lid and then it stays well on my bottom lash line too. Highly recommend! The only thing I will say is sometimes it is messy and gets on my fingers when I’m twisting for more product to come out. ... show more

I was very disappointed with this product . It did not stand up to all the hype within minutes of applying it had smugded all over my eyes . So dont waste your money. I ended buying Revlon liquid eyeliner for half the price without smudging .It stayed put right where I applied it as it should.
