Hugs your curves at the waist and butt and then slightly fans out for dramatic effect at the hemline. I love this skirt. It is so cute and the material is very nice and sturdy. I had to return it because there was a slight issue with the back seam wherein it did not lay flat against my body. It was also just the tiniest bit big and I tend to like my skirts tight.
