This is for someone that is NOT seeking to hide a mummy tummy. I feel like the way this skirt fits, it’s really nice, but it’s not flattering at the midsection, if you have much to hide, that’s why colors like black are usually best, for us who struggle with bloat issues. I have IBS-C. I like more compressive skirts. I can have a flat belly one morning & look 6 months preggo by evening. I’ll just say, if you have perfect abs, do not worry. I used to & would have loved this even more on me, so if you got it.. flaunt it while you can 👍!! It’s thick enough in fabric to be worn during most months, outside of summer, yet for a cool summer date or in a not-so-hot & humid environment, say with air conditioning, it’s all year round staple. It’s just not for everybody. The quality is very good, it’s comfortable for a body con style of skirt, but don’t expect much of ANY compression. It will hide cellulite & thick upper thighs and creapy knees, which I feel like I have all that now, so in a way, it can make you feel more confident, by hiding certain figure flaws. It just depends what you are looking for. I’m 5’6’’ & 121 lbs. This skirt hits me almost where on the model, it does. Within an inch or two MAX of that look, I’d say. Oh, and there is a bit of stretch in the fabric. Not an over-abundance, but enough to slide on for me. It’s a real nice staple for many women. I mean it can be paired up basically with any style of top to make a killer date night set. It’s not my favorite skirt, but it’s worthy of a 4 star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ** I hope my review has been helpful 😊! **

I really had high hopes for this skirt and was excited when it finally arrived. I ordered the XL since i'm a size 12, but it was a little tight for my liking. It seems to be well made though and is beautiful but sadly it's going back.

The fit and shape of this skirt are very cute without being so tight-fitting it's uncomfortable. The fabric is medium-weight so a little more suitable for cooler months. It washes well and resists wrinkling (I outright refuse to iron my clothes 😤). The only two things that bugged me a little were the waistband; its shape distorted a little over the course of the day, so it started to sag a bit at the upper portion. It may be due to my body shape but with a tucked-in shirt slightly pulled out you couldn't see the distortion in the waistband. The other issue that is minor is the fabric seems to attract fuzzies like crazy. I was so glad I got the navy blue instead of the black. I had to lint roll a few times during my work day. Neither of these are deal breakers for me however and this will probably be a wardrobe staple for my in the fall and winter!
