    • No real hinge protection.

I've always been a faithful UAG customer, but this case does not live up to their reputation. Unfortunately, I've bought two of these cases for two Z Flip 4 phones in our household. Positives: Case is slim and stays on well. Negatives: Edge/corner material is hard and provides little-to-no impact protection. The "hinge guard" would work well enough for situations where your phone falls squarely on the flat surface of the hinge, while your phone is closed (of course). I had a minor drop where the corner of the hinge hit the floor and damaged the hinge. Phone would no longer close all the way and the screen ended up with a wide black line across screen's crease and only the bottom half retained touch functionality. I had to replace the phone.     • UAG refusing to honor warranty for items purchased on their storefront

The hinge cover has now entirely separated from the top half of the case. In no way was this phone case abused or misused, the rest of it is in good condition. I purchased this from the UAG storefront (where you will even see this review) and UAG is currently refusing to honor their warranty for phone cases which is "for the life of the device" if puchased through their amazon authorized dealer, which it was. I have absolutely no control over who actually fulfilled the order. UAG, you need to straighten this out with Amazon and honor your warranty. It has been 7 months since purchase, and if this is how UAG is treating my first ever warranty claim with them, then I will happily buy from another manufacturer ... show more

I fumbled my phone and it went to the ground. This caused the screen to delaminate and making the upper half to not function by touch. On my way to T Mobile now but long story short is this case failed my simple fumble. Thought you all should hear it from me.

The media could not be loaded. This case is very lightweight but hard surface that is semi-matte/eggshell and sleek to touch. The included diagrammed instructions provide easy installation guide which works very smoothly.
