So I love this toilet seat! Definitely works! Keeps the booty warm and has 3 different heating options which is nice. The reason for 4 stars is there app for it. You have to be right next to the seat for it to work and it crashes alot. Not really helpful. I like using the app instead of the buttons on the back of the seat because they are not easily accessible. Hard to push the buttons. So using a app that sometimes works, makes it difficult. The rear portion of the seat just won't sit flat on an elongated Kohler toilet. The rear bumper pads on the underside of the seat sit 1/4" above the rim of the toilet. When you sit on the seat, it has to flex for the rear pads to meet the rim of the toilet. When you get up, the seat flexes back and the lid hits the back of the tank with a bang. Unnerving! Other than that, the design of the seat is beautiful and the heating is very even and works great if you can live with hearing the lid knock against the tank every time you stand up. Come on Kohler, it can't be that hard to make the rear of the seat meet the rim of a Kohler toilet. ... show more
