I picked this brand because I have had 2 other covers with UAG. All have protected my phone so well. The extra cushioning on the corners helps with drops. It is a clear cover and you can see the beauty of my phone. This fits my phone well ,Galaxy 22. The only draw back is I wish there were more protection for my camera lenses.     • Grip Is Kind of Unpleasant
I've been using UAG cases for my last 4 phones. They do protect your phone from accidental bumps and drops. I like that they offer good protection for the corners, a bit of an unobtrusive lip around the screen, and they keep a decent hold on the phone so it doesn't pop out of the case on impact. When I got my Galaxy S22, this case went on along with screen and camera protectors before I even turned the phone on the first time. Negatives: I have the Plasma Ice case on my blue S10e and love that one. The Galaxy S22 Plasma Ice case looks nearly the same, but has a completely different feel when you grip the phone. The S10e version's grip is more curved and subtle, where as the S22 UAG Plasma Ice case is more rigid and digs into the sides on your fingers a bit. Positives: I had no issues installing a glass screen protector on both the camera and the front screen. I installed the "Milomdoi glass screen protectors" [ ASIN:B09NKLP6B4 ]. It doesn't look like a camera screen protector will fit the UAG Plasma Ice case, but I had no issues. The case doesn't appear to be bulging or the phone lifting up on that corner. The front glass also fits nicely and isn't tucked under the edges of the case. So far this seems like another good UAG case, but I may replace it in the future for one that doesn't dig into my fingers. ... show more

    • Does not work with camera covers
Case doesn't fit with a tempered glass camera cover in place as it adds too much thickness for the case to set around the bezel. Was having problems with the top right corner pulling back and realized this was the issue. Removed the mm thick cover and all is well. All edges of the case are raised to protect the cameras and screens so this shouldn't be an issue. This is my third phone I'm trusting to UAG so hopefully they will continue the flawless track record. So far, my other two phones survived being run over with a 29hp tractor and bushhog at least twice each and countless other drops onto gravel and hard concrete. ... show more

Best phone case I've used so far! Super durable and the best part is that it's screen protector friendly. It even has room in the case for a camera lens protector, and the case still fits over it without issues =============== Edit: so after several months of use, even though it is a glorious phone case, I had to deduct one star just because a constant problem I've noticed is that the phone is a bit slippery. The grips on the sides, even though it has ridges, is too smooth, due to the material. Still very solid phone case but I decided to keep this as a spare while I use a gripper phone case. But if I am going to job site or know I'll be in a situation where my phone may fall, I'll slap this bad boy on knowing I'll be protected ... show more

Love my UAG phone case. It has a fairly low profile, so fits in my back pocket with no problem. I like that it has grips on the sides, so the phone won't just slide out of your hand. It may not be the fanciest phone case, but it definitely does the job protecting it. I use my phone at work and have dropped it (more times than I would like to admit) on concrete. Not the slightest bit of damage done to my phone. The reasons I dropped the phone had nothing to do with it slipping out of my hands by the way - as I said, it has really nice grips on the sides. I had the same case on another galaxy for the pat 2 1/2 years. Multiple drops, and I think I may have even stepped on it a time or two (oops!) but my phone remained unscathed. This is my 2nd UAG and I will definitely buy again for my next device. HIGHLY recommend! ... show more

This thing is the perfect balance between protection and slimness in my opinion. If you're used to really thin cases, you might think it's a bit bulky. It feels really nice in my hand and has good grip without being like sticky silicone. Haven't dropped my phone yet but even if I did, I wouldn't be afraid of it breaking.
