So when i saw this case was made by the same company I have used in the past for protecting my iPhone, I knew I had to try it, and I'm glad I did! It has great overall protection for my laptop. I no longer have to worry about scratching up the dark surface of mu midnight color Macbook. It is slim and feels great in the hands. It was easy to install, just snap on the case and go. It sits flat on the desk with no wobble and allows full access to all of the ports and other functions in the Macbook. I highly recommend this case - it's worth the $75 honestly. Just got a macbook and got some cheaper hard case and it was a mess. It didn't allow the laptop to close completely and just wasn't what I wanted to "protect" my $900 investment. Found this one and I trust UAG highly. When I was in sales for the military, they often went with UAG for their devices so the quality is there. This case is no different. I actually feel that if my macbook takes a tumble that this case would actually protect it. Obviously I won't be throwing it around but accidents happen and I think the protection this offers puts my mind at ease for my laptop. On top of that the fit is *perfect* the hinge cover is a great addition that adds extra protection and makes it more of a unit.
