The unit keeps items cold and ice cream stays frozen in the freezer. It's an attractive, not so mini, fridge/freezer; I like the size. What I don't like is that the unit was boxed with a cracked interior freezer that was patched, as seen in the photo, before it was packed and shipped; it's defective in that sense. To ship a damaged product as if it were not damaged is wrong. Also, when a foreign company sells a product in a country with a different language, a person fluent in that language should write the instructions pamphlet, a person that speaks broken English should not write it. ... show more

Arrived in great shape - no damage to box or unit. I reversed the front doors per my installation. What a huge effort, but it works fine. Temperature is correct. Only complaint is the soda/beer can dispenser on the inside of the door does not take 12 oz cans. The cans are too long. If you intend to switch the direction of the doors, BEWARE!!! There are no instructions and the process is not intuitive (e.g., there are unthreaded parts that have phillips head indentations, which need to be pulled out -- not unscrewed). A variety of tools are required and the holes on the reverse side are not properly prepped. Also, because there are parts screwed to the bottom, so cannot reverse the doors without putting the refrigerator on its back. The process took two hours for my husband and me. So, the door reversal function is triggering the low rating. Also, since the refrigerator had to be on its back, we need to wait overnight before plugging it in.
