Great installation video made putting the unit in a breeze! Simple app to control the unit and had batteries for the remote. Borrowed a friend's vacuum pump and it went in without a hitch and immediately started pumping out cool air! It's very quiet and effective at removing humidty out of my garage. Only thing I recommend getting to make installation complete, is a power disconnect box (I picked up one at Lowe's for $10) and a piece of 1' x 3' 1/4" plywood to mount the inside unit onto.

This is a simple mini split that is easy to install with a little handiness and the right YouTube video. This is mounted in my office that is in my shop made of two shipping containers. I am not a licensed HVAC guy but to get them and the electrician out would be far more expensive than I was willing to spend. I did run a dedicated circuit from my panel with a 20 amp breaker. Also, I did not mount the heat pump very far from the unit so I did cut and flare the lines, which if you haven't done this it is not that hard. TOOL PURCHASE will be needed. A vacuum pump, a set of manifold gauges, and you will need a mini split line adapter that can be found on amazon for $10 this all ran me about $180 at Harbor Freight and Amazon. (BTW if you buy the pump at harbor freight, do not buy the pump oil, it has it in the box but does not mention it) Also to note, the wiring diagram and overall instructions were a little confusing so a quick google search fixed it. While googling questions you can just search "mini split" because most of these are very similar. The unit cools and heats the room instantly.The wifi app is kinda janky but works really nice when I can turn the unit on in the house and have the office ready to go when I get there. The two gripes I have would be there is no way I have found to change it from celsius to Fahrenheit and when the heat pump kicks on it is a little noisy but thats probably because I am in a poorly insulated metal box. Definitely worth it and would recommend.

This Mini Split unit is amazing! Easy to install, Super quiet, It replaced a 14K BTU through the wall unit and does a better job. Customer service was above and way beyond great! My daughter wants one for her enclosed porch. Told her about the help I needed and how well they responded. She's buying from this same company.

System seems to work well, app is flaky. Was damaged and missing parts. Super hard to deal with customer support. Never did get what I was missing, was sent some stuff but nothing that I told them I was missing. Did refund some money. But was giant headache.

So far so good! Seems pretty high quality for this price point. The included brackets won’t work work well if your building is vinyl sided, I had to buy a different mount. Otherwise I’m pretty happy! Will update if I have any issues.

Heats well. Wrong time of year to verify cooling other than it came on and put out cool air. Controls need improvements. When temperature is set, such as 69 degrees, the unit stops heating and fan shuts off around 70 - 71 degrees and does not restart until temperature is back down to 64-64 degrees. With the unit in variable fan speed mode it does fairly well to maintain 68 - 69 degrees. The Wi-Fi controls work while in my house, but I am having an issue to make adjustments from work or while on the road. The display on my phone shows the temperature to be 4-5 degrees above the set temperature, very inaccurate!

If you are on the Fence I can tell you this is a quality product and the features are really cool. The Swing and V Swing are awesome. Customer service is top notch. Installation is pretty straight forward and can be done in a few hours. Buy it.
