Description

MADE FOR C-SECTION MOMS: You had a baby and a surgery. C-Panty helps address the post-surgical part of your baby's arrival with RECOVERY CARE. This includes 2 components so you can get back to baby in comfort. 1 - COMFORTABLE, UPWARD COMPRESSION to help push fluids away from the incision area, and 2 A BUILT-IN SILICONE PANEL provides targeted support of the incision and may help reduce the appearance of scars. C-Panty is the original, patented recovery product to have these integrated features. No velcro, sticky strips, granny panties or cotton boxers that don't hurt but don't help! Long after you've tossed the disposable panties, too tight shapers and bulky binders, C-Panty will be hard at work. Provides SLIMMING & SHAPING postpartum support. FSA/HSA eligible. Pack in your hospital bag. Add to your baby shower registry. Patented. Imported. NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR WEIGHT LOSS. Not intended to reduce waist circumference. PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT USE ON OPEN WOUNDS. C Panty can only be used if the incision is fully closed and healed (no scab remaining). To use earlier, cover silicone panel with a panty liner.

  • Fits well
Size: Large-X-Large Color: Nude
I had a c section 12/10. I seen these and thought they would be perfect. They are comfortable and true to size but I do have lose hanging skin so the adhesive inside that is supposed to lay on the incision doesn’t lay on mine. Totally my fault. I didn’t even think about that. If you are like me and have the lower belly pooch I would advise buying separate adhesive that you can place on your incision. The compression/support of these underwear is awesome! ... show more

  • Might have died without this.
Size: Large-X-Large Color: Nude
I recently had my first baby via planned c-section due to a host of medical issues. Thankfully, knowing beforehand - I had time to do some research as to what I might need post surgery. Although this c panty has somewhat mixed reviews, I am SO glad that I decided to buy it anyway and bring it to the hospital with me. When I was first allowed out of the hospital bed to use the bathroom and walk around - I honestly doubled over in pain feeling like my organs were literally going to fall out of my body. The pain was crippling. I was supposed to have received an abdominal binder ordered by my doctor but the hospital staff was kind of lame and nobody ever gave it to me. I did not even know until the last day that I was supposed to get one. Thank the holy Lord that I packed this in my bag with me and remembered it on the third day. I had my fiance help me into this as moving and changing was still quite challenging but almost as soon as I was able to get it on - it was like magic. It didn't take the pain away 100 percent but it did feel like it was holding things in place. I went into the bathroom to change walking like a hunchback and I was able to walk out of the bathroom almost straight. It was such a godsend that I bought two more. A spare in the same pre-pregnancy size and then one size down for when my belly starts to shrink post pregnancy. I would say the size is pretty accurate. The only minor complaint I have is that both sizes so far have fit a little tight around the upper thigh area. But it's not really a huge deal for me. It's been just about two weeks now and I only take these off to shower and wash them. Occasionally I use the abdominal binder with this for additional support but the c panty is fine by itself. I think it might be helping with getting my stomach back in shape also, but time will tell with that one. I would highly recommend this for c-section moms. Before the c panty - the pain was so bad I could never imagine going through this experience again. And if I want more kids I have no choice (due to pre-existing medical issues) but to have another c-section. Honestly, the c panty has been so helpful that I might be willing to do this again as long as these things are still around! ... show more

  • Amazing for the price
Size: Large-X-Large Color: Nude
After my c section I had a lot of anxiety about messing up my stitches, hurting my recovery, scarring, the "shelf" etc. I purchased a pair for $120 leggings that were supposed to be specifically for c section recovery. They were awful and I hated them. Saw someone recommend these on a subreddit I'm in and I immediately bought them. They have the perfect amount of compression and the seams don't hurt my incision. The silicone panel is a great addition. My only complaints are: - tight around the thighs. You get used to it as you wear them through the day but it's not comfortable at first. - finicky washing instructions. You're supposed to hand wash and not put them in the dryer. I don't have time to handwash so I do the delicate cycle, cold water, and hang to dry. Not ideal either. ... show more

  • Not the same quality product I received in 2022
Size: Small-Medium Color: Nude
I ordered these in early 2022 after an emergency C-section In January. I was super skeptical but had lived the experience to know that these c-panties were worth every penny! The pros (original purchase Jan 2022) - built in silicone patch in the incision area - high waisted - minimum roll if you’re not too shapely - compression was excellent - very durable 18 + months before the surging around the silicone strips began to show fray - my scar became almost invisible- the thing really works!!!!! (The photo of the black undie is from the original purchase) Unfortunately I had another emergency C-section in November 2023. I ordered (confidently ordered) 6 more pairs. Total difference!!!!! The cons - fabric has been changed - the silicone strips and silicone along the leg holes were not surged in place as on the original panties - on the first wear the silicone was halfway detached at the incision site and the legs (literally falling off) - the fabric compression is different - the high-waist effect was minimal as this fabric rolled down with comparable ease to the original stock i got (The photos of the beige undies are the second purchase) THIS WAS A REALLY TERRIFIC INITIAL purchase. I have no idea what happened the second time around. I wish I’d gotten the same quality. I really wanted/needed a few more pairs to cycle through. I’ll have to be content with the original 6 ones I have already. Super bummed that these recent 6 weren’t the same quality. It’s a pity to have found such a life saving (scar erasing) find , only to have it watered down to uselessness in the form of a comparatively inferior version of the first set I got. ... show more

  • comfortable support
Size: Small-Medium Color: Nude
I got these after my second c section in 2 years, and these are awesome. Supportive without being too tight like shapewear. The top doesn’t roll down through out the day and the material at the incision spot doesn’t irritate. I got a size Small, 5’2” and weight ranged 150-130lbs (from just after to 2 mo. Pp) ... show more
