I love this rug but I had to neuter it!! IF you have a robot vacuum, the robot, regardless of brand (I have a Shark and a Roomba) think these little white balls are marshmellows and eat them right up, and then can’t continue working because it has a stomach ache!! Further more, the robot cannot “pass” these little delicacies so you surgically have to remove them (by taking the robot apart). ;) Also, when you wash the rug, these little balls like to get it on with each other and they become tied up and intertwined like a little cotton ball orgy!! After 15 minutes of trying to untie these little suckers, you literally just start pulling the balls out while cursing loudly!! Three days later, when you are doing laundry, you will find the random celibate ball or balls that show up in your darks because they came out of the sock eating compartment of your washing machine because they realized the orgy was over. So, the balls had to go!! We neutered the rugs and I love them so much more now!! My robots are hangry but, my washing machine is so much cleaner because the balls aren’t getting it on in there anymore!! Buy the rug!! You will love it. You can decide after a few weeks if you want to neuter it or leave it in tact! The quality is great! It’s stitched well, so the neutering did not affect the seam or the quality of the rug. It cleans up well, and trust me, I know. That dog in the picture and her sister have peed on it several times so this rug has been washed multiple times and it still looks great!! I have a bathroom that's hard to "pull together." I've always defaulted to white bath mats. But this rug did it! It's soft, does not skid, and it's cute without being kitschy. I bought the "pink" version. The rug pulls together mauves and beiges while adding a color pop. I haven't tried to wash it, and I don't know how it will wear; but right now I am thrilled. I got the 3' round. I did not go bigger (although I have the space), because I didn't think the pom-poms would fit easily under the bathroom door. They don't, although the rug itself does. There may be very well be a (denuded-of-pom-poms) 4' round in my future, but rug is decorative and pretty with them. ... show more

The rug is silky soft and plush just like the pictures. As you'd expect, the pattern is dyed on top, not done with dyed threads like a traditional rug, but the design is really pretty. The tassels are a nice touch, sometimes I'm worried I'll pull them off on accident while walking, but for mild foot traffic it's held up well, none have come off. This is a fun and beautiful rug - but all those little poofs proved too tempting to my dog and she ripped each one off one by one. I still use it anyway tho! I recommend this rug, just heads up in case you have pets that think the poofs are toys!

Love this little rug! For the price I half expected the print and the pile would be flat. But, was pleasantly surprised that the print appears dyed into the fibers so that you can actually spot clean without worrying about removing an iron on print. The pile is a normal low carpet type. After removing the packaging I did have to stretch and steam out the tassels to get them to lay away from the rug. The backing keeps it from sliding on the wood floor.
