Installed the part, it was an exact fit. Problem is, it lasted 6 months and than split. The company did honor their warranty (responded and refunded the same day). I bought this part on Amazon to replace a water intake valve on my dishwasher. The original part was made in Mexico. This replacement from Amazon was made in China. I had to make a few little modifications, because the new part included additional components that were not needed. This was easy to do and an amateur would have been able to make these changes easily. Before buying this part from Amazon, I priced it from a local parts distributor as well as from an online parts provider. Both were $30 more expensive than this Amazon part.
