The media could not be loaded. My clients love this. The only thing is that it has to sit flat , if it doesnt- the hot air doesn't seep through the full body. It will stay at the bottom where the feet are . I use this for my clients to detox for body sculpting

So, yeah, my review title doesn't really have much bearing on the body of my review (if you'll excuse the obvious pun). I am not a child. But, yes, I am hot - thanks to this sauna blanket. Having not tried a sauna blanket before, and a bit curious what the fuss is about, I can tell you, yes, if you get underneath (within) this blanket and crank it up, you will get very hot. And yes, by getting hot, you will sweat. If getting in a blanket so hot that sweat comes out - which is the marketing point - you will be hot, whether child or adult, in the city or deep in the country. No matter how old or where you are, you will be hot. So drink up and plan your use carefully, as you'll need to cool down and dry off following your, um, treatment? Which again, is the marketing point - this is intended to do what it does, so plan accordingly. Would I buy again? This is one question I ask myself, when considering how to conclude a review. Personally, I think that this product delivers exactly what it is marketed to do. So, yes, a five star review is warranted. But, I wouldn't buy it again, as this product's use case turns out to be not for me. No harm no foul on the product's part, as it does what it says it will do. ... show more

I had doubts...not anymore! This is probably the closest I've gotten to feeling like a hot burrito and that wasn't even on the highest setting! This thing gets and you will sweat! Definitely want to make sure you stay hydrated using this on a regular basis. If you're not a person that drinks water but want a reason, here you go. This X-Vcak Sauna Blanket for Detoxification is kind of like a top-open sleeping bag that you slide into & you get completely surrounded by the heat of the sauna blanket, without feeling claustrophobic. You can easily pull yourself out from the open top or use the zipper on the side. The sauna blanket is deep, so someone my size (5'1") can easily fit in it, but also someone much taller. The sauna blanket has 6 heating levels, along with a time function of up to an hour. The sauna blanket is supposed to help one relieve stress, detoxify the body, burn calories, relax muscles, relieve stress, & improve one's skin. Not sure about burning calories & not really sure how I'd test it, but I can say that your muscles will relax, I can see how it could relieve stress, & possibly improve your skin. This is my second sauna blanket so I do have something to compare it with. This sauna blanket is made of high quality materials and the coils for heat run closer together than the less expensive ones so the heat is more even and there isn't cold pockets. It gets hot, like really hot and you sweat...alot. it comes with a nice microfiber towel and some emergency blankets to use as sheets or barriers. ... show more

I have to say, I am very pleased with this sauna blanket. I've become more interested in the health benefits of infrared light, so I was excited to give this blanket a try. First, I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and setup of the blanket. It was very straightforward and easy, which made a good first impression. In terms of the actual experience of using the blanket, I found it to be quite comfortable and relaxing. The infrared heat was definitely noticeable and had a nice soothing effect on my body. I appreciated the fact that I was able to adjust the temperature and time to my personal preferences. The heat felt nice and even throughout the blanket. It has a calming effect on me. As far as the results, I do feel that my skin looks healthier after using the blanket a few times. However, for me the best benefit is that I sleep better when I use this. I just feel better overall. Of course this is subjective. Overall, I think the sauna blanket is a great option for anyone interested in experiencing the benefits of infrared saunas in the comfort of their own home. It would be nice if the company clearly stated these warnings on the page so we knew if we could actually use the device. I happened to have an implanted device and another condition on this list, and I am not able to use it and my significant other is in the same position. It would save grief of having to return the item if they would have shown the warnings on their listing. The device is nice and well-made and the zipper functions perfectly. The device heats evenly and the U-shaped groove at neck is a handy feature that improves comfort. I wish we could use it, but we can't so 4 stars for the device, and 1 star for not disclosing warnings prior to actually having the device at your home. ... show more
