as advertised and the large size fits the splitter and goes over the wheels. Cinches at the front and back as well as strap. Where I am we get some high wind at times, there might be a need to add some grommets and use additional strapping with the cover. Satisfied with the sturdiness and value. Only 5 hours on the machine so time will tell on durability; it is heavy and well made.

Very nice cover, but wish dimensions listed were accurate. Listed dimensions were smaller than actual size. I would have given it a 5 star rating and ordered it much sooner if the dimensions listed were accurate (I almost didn't order it at all). I have a Countyline 25T splitter that is 90.6"L x 47.6"W x 39.4"H. I looked extensively for a cover that would fit but all I could find were listed as fitting a maximum length of 82 or 83". I finally decided to order this cover in the 40 to 45 Ton size as it was the biggest cover available but still was listed to only fit splitters with max dimensions of 83"L X 45"W X 39"H. I was going to just cover my splitter with a tarp and bungy cords, but finally decided to order this cover as I figured I would at least be able to cover the cylinder and engine with it and ordered it anyways. I was pleasantly surprised when the cover that I got was much bigger and more than covers all of my splitter, even with the optional log catcher on it. It's longer than my splitter including hitch and fits over both tires to the ground.

Purchased and put to use about 9 months ago. Fits out 27-ton splitter nicely. Heavy winds and hail in our area are punishing on tarps and covers generally, but at this point we have no punctures and no rips - it's pretty much the same as when we bought it. The only downside we've experienced is the need for more tie-down points to keep it on the splitter in heavy winds. However, we've figured out how to secure it reliably using bungee cords. Expect a little experimentation to make it work for your situation. Overall great value.

Bought this two months ago to cover my 25 ton Countyline log splitter. It covers the unit fairly well. It would have been nice to know which part of the cover goes to the front of the splitter, but after a little trial & error I figured it out. The bigger problem is that it didn’t stand up to the winds of the open prairie, even with the straps cinched tight. I finally had to put a couple of bricks on it to keep it from blowing off. It does seem like it is made of heavy duty material, but will have to see how that plays out in the future

The strap broke (see picture) the very first time I put the cover on my splitter. Very poor quality and I don’t advise anyone buy this. It was evidently weak stitching because I could feel it rapidly pull loose with very little pressure as I clipped the cover on. I’d like a refund but apparently I’m outside the window for a return. As a side note, Amazon customer service has degraded significantly. In the early days, they truly were “customer obsessed” but not today.

Excellent cover for my 37 1/2 ton log splitter. Tie downs for both the front and back along with an extra belt to secure around the middle. Easily covers the engine and all components of the splitter. Fabric is thick and waterproof. If it's in a high Sun area it can be reversed with the shiny side out to keep the splitter cool. Good purchase for the price..

So far this cover has proven to be of good quality material. It has gone through 1 winter exposed to the elements and shows no signs of degrading at this point. Because my splitter is a 22 ton unit it is at the bottom end of the size range this cover is made for, it takes some extra attention to secure it against wind conditions. I did not mark that against this product because it is listed for 22 to 37 ton size splitters.
