I love this machine. It has made pressing shirts easier. It comes pre-set with the settings for shirts, which made this a lot less intimidating. My only complaint is the mat that comes with the machine isn't thick enough OR the machine could use a little more pressure. I found swapping out the mat to be the easiest solution. The price wasn't bad compared to the Cricut Auto-Press.

This machine does not work. It doesn’t come with clear instructions and the heating component didn’t stay at the right temperature. It burned one of the t shirts since the temperature kept going higher and higher. When I submitted a ticket, the company informed me that they will send a new motherboard! How am I supposed to replace the motherboard? Ended up returning

My tshirts don't get pressed hard enough. I keep repeating the pressed and my vinyl doesn't adhesive to my shirts. But look nice. But looks aren't everything

Just starting out with all things heat press related. This is our first one. After tons of videos, research and overall "bang for your buck" we landed on this every time. Its easy to use, its very well built. Easy to assemble and it looks really nice. The attachments work and everything was up and running in under 30 minutes. It feels sturdy, nothing about it feels cheap. We have already made what we spent back in product sales.! YAY! If you are just getting started, this is the one. It wont break the bank and it will do a fantastic job. Its a really quality machine. Very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased this heat press with high hopes based on its sleek and beautiful design, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. From the moment I unboxed it, I had concerns it appeared to be a returned item as it showed visible signs of wear. Worse, the heat press didn’t function properly. It struggled to heat up evenly, which led to ruined shirts and wasted heat transfers. Despite its attractive appearance, the poor performance made it unusable for my projects. I ended up returning it and cannot recommend this product to others. If you’re looking for a reliable heat press, you may want to consider a different option.

Great machine, the only reason I gave it 4-stars is because my heat press came without the plate press. I did receive the foam incerts for the the plate press just not the press. The heat press heats up quickly and even distributes the heat. The directions for setting the temperature, mode, and timer were easy to follow. As well as the directions for changing out the press for the hat, mug, and tumbler attachments. Great heat press for the price. Also, the heat press arrived several days before the expected ETA.

The panel was a little difficult to understand. The pressure was not strong enough even after adjusting the pressure to its max. I wasn't able to press a simple htv design... the temperature did not remain steady and it would go down once the press was activated. Overall...a complete load of my money... very disappointed 😞 I ended up just using my cricut easy press to finish the job... Do not waste your money on this machine
