We plan to use this wire to divide our paddocks. It seems well made and durable. It comes with some plastic hangers for the wire. The strands are stainless. This will allow us to make several small paddocks out of one roll. Great value for the length.

This is a nice quality hot wire. The yellow color makes it much more noticeable for livestock. Hot wires are so versatile. You can move them easily. This wire is a nice quality and does not break easily. The roll size makes a large fenced area. It is nice having the screw wire holders as an added bonus. Good value. ... show more

This wire is very thin and I'd like that fact, because I think it makes it look a little bit invisible even though it's yellow. I like the invisibility look, because I think that the animals will tend to not be able to see it so it doesn't block anything and their vision but it gives them what they need as long as this connect correctly to your electrical fence. I also like that you get a good amount of wire for the money because I checked and I definitely know how expensive this wire can get. ... show more

    • Very effective stranded wire for a great price
I have this surrounding my goat pin. Installing the poly wire is so much more pleasant than installing bare wire and so much easier to see. The price for a quarter-ish mile is really good but the bonus is that it came with insulators. If I had to ding this kit, I'd say it's a shame it didn't come with the right tool to drill the insulators in, but they're common and cheap. I put my hand on the rope to make sure it worked and I felt the shock like I would a bare wire! I will order this kit several more times instead of spending money on the normal wire. ... show more

I keep this around for odd and end things. Lighter than solid strand and good for repairing my chickens electric free range net fencing . The screw loops are good to.
