Works great to store our bikes outside and under our deck. Water stays out and has not blown over is our crazy Kansas winds. Good quality for price. Not very thick fabric but has done what we needed it to do and frees up space in our shed. Super easy to set up.

This tent is very useful for protecting and displaying seasonal decorations. Happy to have found this design. Once it is put together, it serves its purpose well. After it is staked down, it is not going anywhere as it had withstood forty mph winds. I found no problems with the zipper. However, slipping those rods through the seams is very difficult. Have patience. This model is pretty narrow too. I could only squeeze in two adult electric bikes.

I bought this to store bicycles in. I was drawn because of the rain cover, but found that the cover barely fits the top of the tent and comes with very poor quality elastic straps that don’t hold it in place at all. Even without any winds, I came outside to find that the wind cover had popped off of the top and was along the side. The tent itself is extremely flimsy and falls down easily, even when tied down with steaks and added rope and string that I provided myself. I tried to use this for about five days and after the third time of finding it blown over in five days, I decided to return it. UPDATE: I opened up the tent after a rain last night to take it down for return and found the floor covered with water. And apparently is not rain resistant either.

edit to add: feb 01, 2026. there was 45mph+ sustained winds for 11 hrs yesterday. I use the tent for storage tubs. while it did not fly away or collapse, it also did not rip. pic to show how I found it this morning. original review Easy to setup. Works perfect for my outside patio to store storage bins. In the south east where it rains often - so far so good. the weight of the items inside keep it in place on the concrete patio. Comes with a nice storage bag & folds up small for easy transport.

I used this tent for a 5 day Mountain bike camping trip with friends in mid November. I hate leaving my bike outside in the weather so I bought the this tent to keep 2 of our bikes inside. It rained overnight moderately to heavily on 3 nights and the wind was moderate on 2 nights as well. The Good: This tent appears well made when removing it from the storage bag. The poles are spring loaded and the outer materials are OK. I like the Black exterior color with contrasting orange rain cover. The 2 zippers work well. The set up and take down is 1 person easy but the directions don't mention how to attach the rain cover. It's easy enough to figure out though. The tent hold downs are secured well to the tent with metal grommets for the stakes to go through. The tent's footprint is not too big when set up. It also packs up pretty small into the included storage bag so transport is easy. The Bad: This tent is not waterproof; it's water resistant. even while using the included rain cover and having it set up under a large, dense foliage, evergreen tree. The bikes were wet inside the tent in spots. It wasn't condensation. There was a puddle inside the tent so I guess the bottom is the waterproof part. The rain cover blows off the top of the tent exposing the under tent easily. I used a zip tie to keep it in place the second night. The tent is barely big enough for two adult mountain bikes (18.5 and 21.5 frames). The bottom isn't flat but curved up so it makes the kickstand hard to set down flat on the rear bike. The tent stakes it comes with are insufficient to hold the tent down. It blew over in the night. Luckily, the bikes weren't damaged. I used tent stakes from my tent which held the bike tent down the second night. Conclusion: Overall, If your plan is to keep your bikes out of the sun then this is a great tent, but the tent really isn't a useful defense against any moderate to heavy rain perhaps sprinkles but that's it. keep in mind, during this trip I was also outside in the same weather, in a tent, but not under a tree. That tent didn't leak 1 drop nor did its rain cover blow off the top and its 8 years old. For around $40 USD I really shouldn't have expected much thus a 3 star rating. If I paid more it would have been a 2 star rating.
