Outstanding customer service! Great product, no need to spend more on a "bow flex" level, they are no better than these. So I had one of them hanging up a bit and not adjusting smoothly so I let them know. I really did not expect much more than maybe some trouble shooting advice... literally within 24 hrs I get a message from the seller saying sorry you are having a problem, we just sent you a new one! WHAT?! Bam. Really impressive to say the least. Btw, spraying a bit of wd40 on the mechanism when on "5lbs" so there are no weights attached and on the base at the attachment tabs makes this adjust effortlessly. Was relatively happy with these. They are a bit bulky but that’s to be expected with the weight changing options. HOWEVER, working out the other day and the plate slipped off the weight mid exercise after showing it was locked in at 22.5. Thank God I saw it coming and jumped out of the way before I got my face smashed or foot broken or landed on the dog who always seems to be next to me when I workout. I put it back on the stand and made sure it was locked in correct. Started another exercise and weight slipped off again. I only bought these recently and they are obviously not cheap. So dangerous and I’m so unhappy. I’ve emailed the company so we will see. I am literally just outside of what I think the return window is but I clearly cannot use these comfortably ... show more

Revised Review. The seller provided updated handles to fix the plates from falling out. They work well now. The handles turn relatively smoothly with some force. The weight limits function as represented. The ability to have different weights in one set without having to purchase different sets is convenient and efficient. Note: I did have to complain to the company because the original set I received had the plates falling out. They honored their word to provide a new set of handles with updated design, conditioned on this revised review. Return Cost.
