Used this to keep my truck out of the rain at my new apartment with no garage. Got an additional 4 weighted bags to hold down legs. Came with 4 small ones. Assembled in about a hour and a half all said and done. Best to have 2 people when attaching the legs.

I bought this to keep a convertible car covered year-round in a very sunny driveway. Putting this together was fairly easy. The assembly instructions could be a little more detailed, but it's not too difficult to figure it all out. The product video gives you hints about assembly, but it would be nice to have a more detailed step-by-step set of pictures or even a full video to make it simpler. I advise that you take a few minutes to take everything out of the box and lay it all out on the ground to plan out the assembly. In total it took my wife and me about 90 minutes in total to get it assembled and in position. All the poles, connectors, and bungee feel solid and durable. It's a nice touch that they include 2 pairs of gloves, as some of the pole ends are a little jagged/sharp. The roof cover seems like it might be a bit thin, but we'll see how it holds up over time through the seasons and direct sunlight. They include a lot of hardware to secure the canopy when it's all assembled, including weight bags, ground pegs, and rope - all of it feels strong and sturdy. It's not convenient for me to secure the foot bases to a slab or to the ground, so I'm relying on weights at the base of each leg. The weight bags are sturdy and easy to fill. I used sand, and the 4 included bags held 50lbs of sand combined. I'll get another 4 to secure all of the legs, and will likely get bigger weight bags to make it more secure. For now I've strapped the corner poles to cinder blocks. I'll likely find a way to use the included ropes to secure it all even further. Once everything was put together and the legs secured, it felt very sturdy and solid. I've had it for just a few weeks and it has already been subjected to 30+ mile per hour winds, a lot of rain, below freezing temperatures, and a little snow. Everything has held together nicely, it hasn't moved, and the roof cover is in great shape. I'll probably add a solar light kit to it at some point. ... show more

The portable carport was very easy to assemble, and install. All was good for about 45 days when I noticed the valances were flapping in a light breeze. On inspection I discovered all the tie down straps for the valances have disintegrated. I guess they can't handle any sunlight. So its just a matter of time before the valances flap to the point they also fail. ... show more

Needed a full ten feet and it wasn’t there. I made some major adjustment by moving the brackets out and using self tapping screws to keep it there. Canopy barely fit but I made it. Buy the next size up to be sure you have the room you need. Barely fits my boat trailer. Guys… change your measurements. I bought this product March 12 22 And by July we looked up and noticed it was torn from the sun and starting to get weak in other areas. I guess the hint should have been when we first bought it we had to get another one due to when they packaged it a hole was punctured in the original one not sure how good this is to stand up in Florida son especially. UPDATE The replacement also tore in the same manner. It likely will not last a year in Florida for sure or even 6 months of warm weather it appears to not be heavy duty as described. Im on my 3 replacement September of 2023. Do the math. So they charge me 90 dollars to replace & sent me the wrong stuff & YOU would pay to send back ...CRAZY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS THEY CORRECT THIS ISSUE WILL BE THE ONLY WAY I WOULD UPDATE THIS REVIEW. IT HAS BEEN TOO MUCH HASSLE & MONEY AT THIS POINT.
