It took me 4 hours to build this alone in the dark with a head lamp. Maybe 1 hour of the time was peeling plastic. I also put silicone on all the holes on the roof before putting the screws in which slowed me down a bit. All the holes lined up perfect. The sheets were in fair shape, some light scratches, some had dented edges, but nothing you’d ever care about for a shed. Ways to make it go faster: - Use one of those magnetic screw trays. Place a bunch of screws in the tray pointy end up, then load them up with washers. Trust me, this will save you so much time not fiddling with these tiny screws. Plus the magnetic tray sticks to the sheet metal so it’s right there with you as you work. - You don’t need a second person to do the side panel bolts. Just put the bolt in, cover the head with duct-tape, walk to the other side, and put the bolt on. - Don’t get carried away trying to peel off every scrap of plastic. A lot of the edges get covered up anyway, so don’t waste you’re time trying to get those parts off. Honestly, you probably don’t even need to take any of it off. Doubt anyone would notice a difference. - Personally, I wouldn’t waste your time with concrete. That’s pretty overkill for this lightweight shed. I built mine on a box made of pressure treated 2x4s and plywood (If you do this, just build it the same size as the metal base, you don’t need to build it 1700 mm x 1100 mm). I’ll probably paint the box with flex seal just for good measure. The 2x4 base is super heavy and not going anywhere, but you’ll still be able to move it around the yard if you want to. - Read the directions.

Before I start to get indepth with my review, I want to be sure that we put into context that this shed costs $150. When you think about that, it's about the price of my spring electricity bill in southeast Texas and the cost of a weeks worth of groceries for a family four. This shed is inexpensive. That is the primary thing to consider. Especially with plastic sheds this size being 2-3 times the cost. Package arrived well packaged and in good shape. The metal is thin. Nothing like a premium metal building. However, it gets the job done. The edges are very sharp. I did not wear gloves or shoes when assembling, and I paid for that with a cut toe and several hand cuts. I recommend wearing proper clothing, gloves, substantial footwear and safety glasses. I was very impressed with all, I said ALL holes lining up every step of the way. Plenty of hardware to complete the job . The plastic film took me one hour to remove. Not too bad. Probably the most cost effective method of packaging that will stop panels from a scratching in shipment. Shed assembly took me 3.5-4hours by myself in the Texas heat with a cordless drill and basic hand tools. Instruction are not clear and despite other reviews, I found the common mistakes to be relevant at times. The instructions are navigable, however, not clear. I was able to reverse the roof pitch as needed for my application, it doesn't look as good and took modification to accomplish. In the end the shed is stable and sound in structure. My background is in operational field service requiring reading of PIDs and technical troubleshooting with many hours spent reading product manuals. Your experience with the assembly time and difficulty may vary depending on your skill set. Not a single QC issue found during assembly.

So I needed a place to store all of my tools. This was perfect! I first made a 4X6 concrete slab. Let that sit for about a week while the shed was being shipped. The slab was dry by the time the shed arrived. I recommend that you take your time. There are a lot of pieces to this and if you are not good at assembling things I would recommend you get someone to help you. Take your time building it. Read the instructions and go one step at a time. There's a very thin plastic on all of the metal pieces to protect the metal in shipping. That will take a good amount of time to take off of all the pieces. I've had the shed up for a month. I live in Florida so it's rainy season. It's made it through some heavy downpours and no leaks. I did waterproof the bottom of it and also where the sheet metals connect to each other for extra measure. If you are a beginner or not good at assembling things make sure to get some help! I have construction background so it was a bit easier. This is not for the beginner. It does require time and patience. I assembled the whole thing myself in a couple of days. The metal is not super thick or super thin, but it does store all my tools! No more paying for storage! Thank you really enjoying the product!

Doesn't have pre drilled holes. Bent all over the place. Very flimsy. Yes as one person reviewed it comes with childrens gloves. I'm female and they still didn't fit me. The directions are horrible.

I was looking for something cheap. And cheap it is. Assembly wasnt horrible was able to do it all in 2 days with gaps in installation. Luckily i had a battery drill so it was pretty easy to drive the screws in. But again its super cheap, even with all the support and framing for it. Its very flimsy, shaky and weak. Its super cheap but if all you need is extra storage without having to pay hundreds or even thousands in this economy for a quality one with amble amount of space. Then this is for you. Instructions are reasonably easy.
