Surprisingly weighty and well wrapped, the safe arrived at its destination. I was surprised to see that it merges in so nicely with my interior design because of its sleek, matte black appearance. The directions were easy to understand, and the programming of the keypad took just a few minutes to complete. Setting it up was as simple as pie. The inside holds a surprising amount of space, and it has a shelf that can be removed, which allows for some degree of organizational flexibility. The combination lock has a robust and safe construction, and it provides a sufficient amount of digits for the user to choose from. Additionally, the keypad itself is backlit, which makes it simple to operate even when there is a lack of available light. On the other hand, the added safety measures are what really struck me. In the event that someone tampers with the safe, the anti-theft alarm will emit a loud scream. It is a nice touch that the siren may be silenced under normal circumstances. Additionally, the pre-drilled holes for installation provide an additional layer of protection, as they enable me to secure the safe to the floor, which provides me with an additional sense of comfort.

Perfect size for a closet! I securely mounted it on a sturdy shelf using strong bolts, making installation easy. I appreciate the multiple access options—password, backup passcode, and keys—ensuring I’m never locked out, even if the battery runs low. The interior shelf is a great addition for organization. While the material feels somewhat thin, it’s designed to be fireproof. I also like its manageable weight, allowing it to sit securely on a shelf. The media could not be loaded. Got this safe to keep my important stuff locked up and it's been pretty good so far. The size is generous - I can fit my laptop, some bulky files, and even my coin collection in there with room to spare. Setting up the digital lock was straightforward, though I did fumble around a bit at first (pro tip: actually read the instructions!). The anti-theft alarm is a neat feature, but I keep it on silent mode after accidentally setting it off and scaring the bejesus outta my cat. The interior light is handy for finding stuff in the dark. Those adjustable shelves are great for organizing - I've got one for documents and one for smaller valuables. Now, it ain't all roses. This thing is heavy as sin - moving it upstairs was like a crossfit workout. The keypad beeps are kinda loud, even in silent mode. And while it feels sturdy, I'm not sure it'd stop a determined burglar with power tools. Anchoring it to the wall was a bit of a pain in the neck. Oh, and don't lose those spare keys - I had a mini panic attack before finding them in my junk drawer. The felt lining is nice, but it picks up dust like nobody's business. All in all, it's given me some peace of mind knowing my stuff is locked up tight. If you need a decent-sized safe for your home and don't mind a bit of a workout getting it set up, this one's worth a look. Just remember to keep those spare keys somewhere safe - outside the safe!

Nice size. Perfect for a closet. I mounted it on a sturdy shelf in my closet - easy to secure with strong bolts. The multiple ways to open are nice too - password, backup pass code & keys in case you forget both or the battery for the digital keep pad is worn down. The shelf inside helps separate things. Seems a little thin - but it’s supposedly fireproof. And I like the weight so it can sit on a shelf. The fireproof bag for papers is nice too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s a basic smallish safe with a decent build quality. IMO this is a beginners inexpensive safe for valuables. Cons: It’s not very heavy so a thief can just carry it away and crack it somewhere else unless you bolt it to something but even that isn’t very secure. Company claims it’s waterproof but unless you seal up the 4 holes foe mounting it is not waterproof and I didn’t see any seals on the door to prevent water intrusion so I wouldn’t rely on that. The metal used seems pretty thin and a cutting wheel to the backside would get you in in minutes. The front panel appears plasticy and the opening knob has a lot of play in it, not sure how that will hold up over time. Pros: Overall I like the functionality for opening and closing and the key option and external power for battery failure. I would not put anything highly valuable in it but is good enough to deter any would be thief’s in or around your home and prevent any unauthorized use of your belongings. Roomy enough for small items like a camera, gun, documents etc… Comes with a nice fireproof bag for small items or paper cash. Summary: I purchased mine to keep my docs and other small items in one place which it does well enough. Has good locking mechanisms, features. Looks good. I would be skeptical to keep any high value items in here because of its size,weight and can be carried away but as a deterrent and for privacy for valuables it’s good. A good beginners safe till you upgrade if necessary.
