Got both the French Vanilla and Dark Chocolate flavors of this Starbucks Doubleshot Energy Zero Sugar drink. Personally prefer the French Vanilla version, but, then again, I like French Vanilla creamers in my coffee. They definitely have the low/zero sugar taste, but I'm used to that as I rarely drink calories and if I do, it's something like these that are low calorie (80cal French Vanilla, 90cal Dark Chocolate). The addition of 10g of protein, 2g dietary fiber, and good amounts of B2, B3, and B6 make you feel like you're drinking a healthier option. The one thing that bothered me is that there is absolutely ZERO mention of caffeine quantity in each can. Typically, energy drinks have it listed in tiny print under the Nutrition Facts panel. These drinks add guarana, which normally has more caffeine than coffee beans, so I'm guessing that's how they get around not stating the caffeine content. As far as value, it's Starbucks, so at about $3/can, it's in line with what I'd expect to pay and since they taste good, I'd surely recommend these for coffee drinkers looking for a bit more of an energy drink vibe. ... show more

These are yummy and one will get you going in the morning. I like to mix one of these cans with equal amount plain cold black coffee over ice to make them stretch twice as long.
