Works as advertised. I had no problem connecting it (I replaced a defective Brondell/Swish bidet... remote on that one "crapped out" after two years) , since I already had connections available. I've had zero leaks (from the bidet 😉), the controls are easy to use and I love the remote. I would like it more if you could dim/off the numerical display in the seat, and I wish the sloped "rise" at the back of the seat wasn't as pronounced. Otherwise the water and air temps and pressures are easily customized and adequate. I hope I get many good years out of it. ... show more

It kinda does what it’s supposed to do. The toilet seat stays kind of warm. It doesn’t get to 104 as advertised, but at least it isn’t cold. The bidet doesn’t keep the water at the temperature you set. Every time I use it, it resets to the lowest temperature. I set it to the highest temperature every time but the next time I use it, it’s back on the lowest setting. Nothing to wake you up like getting an ice cold shot of water in certain areas. I’m disappointed in the construction of the seat attachment system. We have had to remove the seat multiple times and reset it because the plastic bracket, combined with the rubber inserts allows the seat to move around. It doesn’t stay where we put it. Also, the drying system is either too cold on the “off” setting or too hot on the next warmer setting. It’s unpleasant and inefficient. I don’t particularly like the remote operation. For instance, if the dryer is on the 2nd setting and it’s too hot, you have to scroll through to the hottest setting to get back to the cool air setting. My last comment is that the setting on the remote from the last use is not saved for subsequent uses. The water temp goes back to the lowest setting, so the water initially comes out cold. ... show more

It does what it advertises for the most part. Kinda wish the seat was bigger. It's like sitting on the old style round seat. Also must be careful when installing the T pipe they provide. It's really fragile cheap plastic which I already broke trying to tightening it. Also can't figure out how to get the night light to work?? ... show more
