I have reviewed dozens of and dozens of red light therapy devices and this particular red light therapy(RLT)wand is a cut above many I’ve used! From the moment I grabbed the wand with my hand, I could tell right away that this RLT device was solid and well made! The wand is the perfect size and doesn’t slip from my grip while in use and isn’t overly heavy or bulky! The built in screen on the wand is easy to read and only adds to the overall sleek design of the device. The intensity/brightness level of the lights are exactly what you want to find and should expect in a wand style RLT device. *****TIP*****In order to achieve the best results while using this wand as well as any other RLT device, the light has to be either in direct contact with your skin, or as close to your skin as you can manage. The removable skin/tip that’s included with the wand is a pretty cool addition to this device and a option that’s not typically found on all RLT wands. *****TIP*****The distance from your skin that the removable skin/tip creates is the furthest distance you’ll want to use this RLT wand for treatments. Distances greater/further than what you experience with the skin/tip installed won’t prove to be as beneficial for a given treatment if the wand was closer to your skin. This RLT wand as well as all the other RLT devices on the market will produce some level of heat. The amount of heat a given RLT device produces/creates Isn’t overwhelming and should only be a nice gentle warmth on your skin. This RLT wand does a great job keeping the heat signature low which is exactly what you want to experience with your device. I really appreciate the built in treatment settings as it makes this RLT wand Very User Friendly! The included instruction booklet is worth reading over especially if you’re new to RLT technology. Even for a new user of this RLT wand, you most likely won’t experience any learning curve and that’s due in part to how well laid out the built in treatments are! Plenty of RLT devices can be hard to figure out for use which is frustrating, however, this RLT wand is pretty much straightforward in use. I love that this RLT wand comes with its own wall charger for use as well as the charging cable, Big Plus! I’m a huge fan of RLT devices and this RLT wand is performing well for my needs where I’m already experiencing beneficial results on my skin! I do multiple treatments daily ranging from three to five minutes each treatment session. This RLT wand would make an excellent gift to anyone. Very sleek and professional looking. Very quiet and although the directions make it sound difficult to operate, it’s actually very easy to use. 3 settings offer relief for 3 different issues and offers adjustable treatment times. For best results, the directions suggest you use it twice a day. I used it every other day for several weeks and saw a difference! No where in the instructions did it mention protective eye wear so I’m assuming it’s not necessary but since the light is very bright, the instructions do warn you not to look directly at the light during use so be careful. I think this wand is better for spot treatment rather than all-around, general treatment.

This is a great red light/blue light therapy wand. It works for pimples, acne, wounds, and other skin conditions. It’s also good for trigger points. It comes very simply packaged in a generic type box. However, inside everything is well protected in foam. You get the device itself, plus an acrylic light extender, a silicone funnel that makes the circumference of the light a little bit wider, a a USB outlet adapter for charging, and a very nice material USB-C, charging cord. This obviously is for small areas and is not intended for large areas. It has a very helpful manual that actually tells youthe irradiance level, which is an absolute necessity to know with red light devices so you can properly calculate the dosage that you want for your specific issue. The irradiance is 80 mW per centimeter at 1 inch. This is verywell made. The body is aluminum, and the LED screen is color and tells you what you are treating, the time left to treat, and the battery level. There are three modes: acne, eczema, and ulcers. Those modes signify the specific wavelengths that are used. Obviously, you can use this for other issues as well. This works really great for pimples. You will see a noticeable difference in 24 hours. I generally use it three or four times a day for two to three minutes , and by the next day that pimple will be significantly lessened. It’s very good for wounds. Red light therapy takes a little bit longer to see a difference. This has a timer from 60 seconds to five minutes. The silicone funnel and the acrylic wand are both removable. I wish this came with a hardshell case, but I am not going to dock at a star because it really is a good quality item and one that stands out in a crowded field.
