I only used this twice since I have my solawave. On the 3rd tine that I was about to use, it didn't work so I thought it only needed to be charge. I can't return this since my eligibility is past already. It is pricey and it is a waste of money.

I honestly wasn't expecting much from this tool and I have used very expensive ones that were a waste of money. I used the lifting mode with a separate gel I purchased and it left my skin soft and supple! I felt like I had a spa facial. I highly recommend. I hope to use it 2-3 times a week.
