I like it - the hooks hold well and it feels safe because I can tell it won't give way. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that it doesn't remain flush against the door. The function is fine, but I wish it laid flat. I had my son pull it tightly for me and that improved it a lot, but it's not as tight as I'd prefer.

[ I do wish it had a diagram of the threading of the straps.] Multiple heights of the "D" ring attachments opens up a whole new level of resistance training. What are you waiting for - buy it . I chose this strap because it had more anchor points than the others. Anchors are strong, but the closure in the back could use more reinforcement. It tends to come loose when using the anchor. I tied a knot; still comes loose but not as quickly.

I was bout to use this on a door in my classroom that was flimsy. I realized that the tension could cause it to break and instead chose to use it on another door. Having it in my classroom enables me to get some exercise in daily since I am often stuck behind my desk using remote-control software and demonstrating procedures remotely. Having this enables me to easily install it, use it, and put the bands away during my lunch. I place it closer to the hinge to decrease stress on the latch and the trim that keeps the door in place. If I put this on my metal door, this would not be a consideration at all since the frame and door would have more than enough strength to withstand the tension of the bands. Lately, I have chosen to leave it up and removing it only during holidays (when they may wax the floors and deposit the liquid on the strap, then use a burnisher that could brush up against it and be abrasive). Overall, a very nice device that hopefully increases my longevity.

We picked this up to do resistance exercise and stretches while traveling. This is just as described: a strap with multiple rings. It comes rolled up in a storage draw bag. It is easy to mount this to a door. The strap is more than long enough for standard doors. Put the metal clip over the top of the door and loop the end around the bottom of the door. The end goes through the buckle and cinch it down. When installing this make sure to put the metal hooks on the outside of the door (not the interior side in which the door swings). This allows the door to pull against the door frame when using this. If you mount it in the interior space, only the latch is keeping the door shut and the door may bow. In the pictures, I mounted it incorrectly first; mount it on the other side! Overall this is ok, and decent for travel. If anything goes wrong, I'll update this review.
