My goal is to have a quick release system, the SAME SYSTEM, I can put on EVERY camera, lens, strap tripod, monopod, or gimbal so that my camera can go from one to the other quickly without having to worry about having an Arca or a Manfrotto plate. I've tried several different quick release. Some would drop the camera on the equipment in different orientations depending on the device. Some had flimsy locking mechanisms. Some were big and bulky. This one may be the winner. It's both a quick release system AND an Arca plate! I put a mount on both cameras, on the tripod collars of my two big zoom lenses, and put two receiver on my double camera strap, and one on my monopod. On my tripod I already had a ball head with an Arca plate so I simply remove the existing plate and use the receiver in the ball head jaws. So far it's been easy to use, quick to implement, simply to lock, and they haven't shown any sign of loosening. Could be cheaper since it's surely a cheap Chinese product but so far they working great. ... show more

1st of LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! It's ease of use is incredible, quality is undeniable, and price is just ridiculous!!! Now the one thing I would love is if the top portion had to two 1/4" or arri screw or just a little mechanism to make sure after you fasten it, it won't twist or turn on ya. For what is it's a 97/100 to me and to anyone out there I recommend it. I have one for all my cameras and stands for quick and easy switches. ... show more

I’m using it as most quickest way to switch tether to untether on very fast pace lifestyle photo shoot which it worked perfect and this is solution I was looking for forever. Both parts mount fine, but when the two lock their is still a bunch of play. Like if your regular plates were loose but it’s this device. The ease of locking and unlocking is awesome but if need your camera locked down…not so much. I ordered a second one before really messing with my set up. Going to cancel now. ... show more
