Not sure if its a qc issue but some parts of the body are not well powder coated. The casting has imperfections but seems to be adequate. It does have good light output and also a good mounting system where you do not have to have the heavy, Light out when you are first mounting it. It has a nice little cap to cover the photo sensor if you are using it on a switch which is nice! overall would recommend. ... show more

It’s bright as all heck! We are actually using it for lighting up the water in front of our dock at night. It easily lights up trees on the other side 75ft away. Installation is very easy; you just mount it on a pole and angle it the direction you want it. Something to be mindful of is that this is not a plug and go deal, you must hard wire it. This parking lot light has dusk to dawn feature. This is a 160 watt LED light, with 24,000 lumens of brightness and 5000K daylight. This light is for outdoors and is waterproof. It is made of die-case aluminum, is heavy, and is very durable. The light is very bright. It comes with installation hardware and mounting bracket. This light can be mounted on a square or round pole or on a wall. It is a very nice light that functions very well and looks great. We are installing this light at our ranch where additional lighting is needed. It is a great value for the money. I’m using this “Lumenfox Upgrade 160W LED Parking Lot Light, 24000LM LED Pole Light with Dusk to Dawn Photocell, 5000K Daylight, IP65 Waterproof Die-Cast Aluminum” to replace an old large +100W CFL parking lot light over our carport. It recently failed, and I installed this unit in its place. All I can say is WOW. This light is basically a security light for our front yard. We live on a dark country road. The old light illuminated a 2-car area, now the entire front yard, up to the road, is bright. This unit is about 20 feet above the driveway and adjusted slightly up toward the front. Too much frontal aim, and it would blind drivers on the road. Our security cameras now stay in color mode instead of B+W. Very nice. I really like the ability to dismount the lamp head while installing the assembly. Basically, I dismounted the head from the bracket, installed the relatively lightweight bracket with wiring, then installed the lamp head. I like it. It’s a good value. ... show more

I like how bright this light is and it's sturdiness, but the bolts that hold it on the pole are way too short, so unless your using a 1 1/2" to 2" pole you have to get longer 5/16" metric bolts otherwise it's super easy to install
