I was doubtful because of the low price but so glad I took the chance. It does exactly what it says in the description. The water is so hot it requires more cold to get the right temperature. Therefore it doesn’t need to supply as much hot water.

Anybody looking to switch from a standard water heater to a tankless water heater? This may or may not be the product for you. Tankless water heaters in general since you are much less likely to run out of hot water. Also, since this does not involve keeping a tank of water heated, you can save some $$ on your electric bill. It can take 30 seconds longer to get hot water, but that's no big deal, you'll like a tankless water heater. the issue with this heater specifically is that tankless water heaters do have house-size restrictions. If your home is 1000 sq ft or less, you should be good. Any bigger than that and you'll need a more powerful unit. It's easy to think that tankless water heaters just provide endless hot water in any circumstances, but that's not the case.
