This is beautiful chair to look at, it is as pictured. But it is NOT a rocking chair for a Nursery. It’s very uncomfortable, puts you in awkward sitting position. Takes a good amount of effort to rock the chair. I wouldn’t recommend this style of rocking for a nursery.
