I like this pump. I use it several times a day. It's better quality than my last one of this design. The last pump of this design, I got 4 or 5 yrs out of it. It still works fine but the power switch doesn't turn off to dormant any more I decided not to trust it. The new one is stainless steel and they put a weighted end on the pickup hose so it doesn't float. The battery seems to last a long time between charging. Weeks not days. Haven't had to recharge it since I put it into service so I don't know how long. The last 1 lasted 2-3 months between charges most of the time. I don't use the memory because I fill different size recepticles daily.

This water bottle pump worked great. We used it when we went camping and knew water at the campground might not be available. We took a 3-5 gallon pre-filled water bottle and secured the pump on top. Made accessing water much easier. It is a little slow if your trying to fill a large pot to cook in but when dry camping we are trying to limit our water use so this works just fine. Used it over a 3 day period and it stayed charged and worked fine. Don't know how long a charge lasts but then that would depend on the frequency of use. The tube does curl somewhat sometimes making it difficult to access the water as the water level drops but with a swirl or two of the bottle, the tube settled and worked fine. Have not used it since that camping trip so I cannot attest to how long it will last. I did charge it back up and have it ready for our next trip. Also nice is that this model came with some rubber/foam adaptors so if your using a different size bottle opening, you can adapt the pump to fit a wider variety of bottles. I also like that the nozzle folds down, keeps it clean, plus it is easier to pack and less likely to break during transport.

This product works as advertised as long as the tube is underwater. I purchased this item for easy access camping water and it works as intended! I had no issues with the charge or set up of the item. I did notice that when I repositioned the tubing, it floated on the surface and did not dispense water-however, I was able to shake/move the tubing around so it was submerged and working properly again. For the price, it’s great!

My sister bought this years ago, after ditching the noisy old-school hand pump they used before. This pump is easy to install and is rechargeable. Using this pump is effortless, making it perfect for the elderly or anyone who has arm or shoulder mobility issues. At the touch of a button, you can fill a glass or a bottle. Also, the spout can be angled to accommodate any type of container, which helps to eliminate spills. I'm buying one of those big water bottles for my apartment in case of an emergency, and I'll use this pump to work smarter--not harder! This is a keeper...

I really like this concept - - I had been lifting my water jugs to dispense water for many months, I should have bought one of these pumps a lot sooner! Agree with most of the positives stated in other reviews, I have never had the battery go flat on me, or had the pump bog or slow down. I just plug it in every once in a while. I saw a lot of notes about inadvertent, unintended dispensing, so I keep my jug inside a plastic bin to limit the damage if this does happen. It has never happened in the few months I've owned it, and the button is sufficiently stiff, and concave that I don't think you would ever bump into it and trigger it accidentally. Water never really gets up into that area. My guess is that these are competing sellers trying to propagandize, discourage people from buying this pump over theirs. Overall it's great, am glad I have it. I do have some complaints. First, the foam rings they provide for mating the pump up to the jug need improving. They get crushed, compressed over time. What happens when both of the rings are compressed, or torn? I'll have to devise something myself. They also frequently get jammed up into the body of the pump, but, because of how stiff they are, you can't shove the pump down onto the jug with the foam in place, you have to guide it on carefully... like... half on the mouth of the jug, half in the pump. If you get it wrong, the pump will not be securely seated, or it'll be off kilter. Should be some kind of squishy silicone instead. Next issue, and this is a MUCH bigger problem... The silicone feed tube floats on top of the water!! If you just drop the tube in, with the little bob on the tip, it will not sink to the bottom of the jug, and the pump will draw air in. I tried a multitude of different bodges. Zip tying well cleaned nuts or bolts to the end, they rusted and probably contaminated my water. I finally landed on feeding the tube through a section of PVC tubing to weigh it down. This has worked pretty well for me. But again... This is a severe, game-changing flaw that the end user should not have to address, certainly not at this price point!
