Would give this 0 stars if I could. I purchased for a slightly threaded bolt that I needed to take off. I soaked the bolt in penetrating oil, then threw the larger socket on a 24 inch breaker bar. My plan was to use a cheater bar if I needed one, but wanted to ease into it first. I started to apply some pressure on the bar to slowly see how it would grip (this was my first time using a universal socket), and well...it failed miserably. Springs popped out, pins snapped, and when I removed the socket wrench, all of the pins started falling out. Dont waste your time or your money. This thing is a piece of garbage. ... show more

So convenient!! Quality materials!! Great for gifting to all ages!!
I ordered to use for taking the transmission on my car apart. It was extremely helpful and the job go so much quicker when I didn't have to stop and change tools every other bolt. If you aim for the middle it will turn easier, if you put the bolt head, etc anywhere not in the middle it will make it a tad bit crazy to hold onto. Lol. Otherwise I actually plan on buying more. The were helpful with changing the lug nuts and around the house as well! Friggin love these sockets! I used with impact/driver drill with no problems. They come with the adapters also! ... show more

Fits odd shapes!
These adjustable sockets work great for unusual shapes. It was the only socket that would fit the 3/4" square access plug on my sprinkler pump housing. There is no such thing as a 3/4" square socket so I was at a loss until I bought this set. Combined with an impact wrench I was able to remove this stuck plug. Socket did not slip and did it's job. I recommend having these two universal sockets in your tool box for the odd shapes you encounter. ... show more

Worked!
Bought it as I had a stripped out nut that was hard to reach and stuck on tight. The socket worked perfect! Good solution. They don’t appear to be very durable, but likely a tool that is not used much

I bought these 2 sockets, bc they will fit a lotta difference sizes I wouldn't have to kerp changing the sockets. These sockets must be 90° to whatever bolt/nut ur trying to tighten/losen, are they won't work!

Good idea, substandard manufacturing.
One of the 2 sockets on the set I received is slightly off center, leading to a wobbly motion when used. Otherwise, good product. Need better quality controls in the manufacturing process.

Good -not perfect
Used it a few times. Worked well with English nuts, didn' t work with one metric nut . One time not working, is not a good test of any tool. Not enough used to judge durability. I look forward to using it more.
