Works right out of the box just put your own batteries in it only problem the Netflix and prime buttons don't do anything at all and doesn't come with instructions but works for all else smoothly I still get Netflix and prime from the app button and for this price it's $5.00 I purchased 2 as a spare delivered next day all is good again thanks ... show more

    • Works EXCEPT Volume Down Button Very Frustrating
Volume DOWN button barely works, which is a pretty big deal! Have to really smash it, and even then it's hit & miss. Other buttons work and setup was as simple as adding batteries. Sliding battery cover on the back likes to come loose and has to be pushed back (pretty hard) to get it to "snap" back into place. Given the amount of force required to get it on, it seems to come loose easier than I'd think. Maybe we just got a lemon? Other than those 2 items, the rest of the buttons function as expected and it serves as a successful replacement for our (nearly identical) OEM remote that came with our Samsung 75" QLED TV. ... show more

This remote is obviously not samsung. But it's almost identical to the remote the tv cones with. The texture isn't as smooth as the remote but it's nice and light. No programming needed. If i had a complaint the buttons are a bit loud.

You really do get what you pay for and there is a reason this is so cheap. Lasted about 3-4 before I literally threw it at the wall. Replaced with a better quality remote that is night and day better. Skip this one.
