I gave up trying to find a product that would "bind" the EPDM rubber to concrete. Most of the products I looked into said not to use with EPDM. I settled for some Sika-Flex sealer which grabs both materials really well and seals out everything. No leaks since I installed this several rain storms ago. I ordered 10 feet and received 10'2". I used a heat gun to gently open the inner-most part of the coil. I gave it a one star for adhesion because the product itself was not adhesive. ... show more

This rubber threshold is well made and does a great job keeping out water and bugs. I only wish they included or suggested what type of adhesive works best with this product. I bought this because we are in a fairly low-lying zone and our yard floods when we get a lot of heavy rain in a short amount of time. Ultimately, water will pool in the garage. So, first off, I would like to say I’ve only had this installed for about 3 weeks so can’t really speak to longevity. But so far, so good. The main thing is that the instructions made installation sound way more complicated than necessary. Here’s what I did: 1. Sweep away any debris from placement area 2. Unroll 3. Do an eyeball measurement (get within 7-8 inches) and cut 4. Close garage door and use chalk to outline both inside and outside 5. Open garage door and use F26 adhesive to make stick as you slowly unroll and install. I went back and stepped on it as I went to apply pressure and make sure it stuck well Overall, it does the job and we haven’t had any flooding since :) ... show more

Had a problem with my garage door just because of the angle of the wind and position of the structure, every time it rains it would rain down the door and into the garage. I tried everything. Silicone, Adjusting the Garage Door, Rubber on the bottom of the Garage door, everything. I bought this and cut it to size, just laid it down on the floor under the garage door and adjusted it slightly. Its not even stuck down yet and it has eliminated 95% of my problem. When It gets warmer I will adhere it to the garage floor and then i'm sure my problem will be 100% fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
