The ends that cover the head rests would stay better if they had elastic inside of them to fit ALL head rests, or if instead of covering the head rests they just tied on. One end ripped when I tried forcing it over the head rest. I’m going to add my own ties to make it work better. When it does work, it does a good job of keeping the sunlight and heat off our infant while he’s in his car seat.

I was expecting this product to be more heavy duty. An oversight on my part. The product is lightweight and breathable material. Made well. I use for walks in the stroller, I haven't used in the car yet. I originally purchased to keep the sun out of babys eyes while driving.

I’m not sure why no one else has thought about something like this for over bigger car seats with no canopy. Our baby doesn’t sleep well in the car, so looking for something to cut out the distractions. Love the texture, the quality, the opening is perfect for allowing the overhead vent to circulate air. Just wish the sides were longer. May have to put something around the sides when we use for naps on the go.

I'm preparing to take a long road trip with my dog (3 days of driving). I noticed that he sometimes gets sun in his face when I drive around locally, so I wanted to find something for him that we could use on the trip. This car seat shade seems like it will do just fine.

I cannot believe this product is even out there. It needs huge improvements. I think that this should be tested more for a lot of reasons : 1) slides easily and doesn’t stay on , I would like to have elastic edges or Velcro to secure it and make it tighter 2) very dangerous for the driver , since it blocks visibility 3) I bought this item to help with the sunlight, and as shown in the pictures , it is way to narrow and it doesn’t block ANYTHING. I don’t write reviews often, but this product made me write a long review due to low quality and dangerous especially for the driver . I won’t recommend this product.
