This rug was cheap ($11.99) so I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised! I read reviews about a smell, and out of the package, yes, it does have one. I let mine air outside for a day, used a bit of Fabreeze, and voila! No smell issues! It's surprisingly plush for so cheap. Perfect for my walk in closet.
