I ordered the light grey 9'x12' and love it! It's exactly as expected and seems to be good quality. Due to the size, it came folded and rolled so there are quite a few creases but they already seem to be settling in so I'm not worried. No weird smells. Overall really happy about it!

Love this rug so much! We’ve owned this for several months now and it still looks just as beautiful as the day we purchased. We needed a rug that looked lovely but could withstand some serious abuse, all on a budget too! We have 3 pets, a small child, lots of visitors with children and myself, who is every prone to spilling things! Our poor dog has thrown up on it a few times and it hasn’t stained! While it can collect animal hair easily, it’s not super noticeable due to the color and is easily cleaned with a vacuum. (We use a robot vacuum). The rug is very soft texture but the Only downfall is it’s pretty thin, so we ended up purchasing a carpet pad. Totally worth the extra money spent! Especially with littles crawling over the rug! If you need a life proof, fuss free, yet beautiful rug, this is for you.

I am obsessed! I really needed something in our finished basement for my sewing area as the carpet was pretty old. I wanted something soft, easy to vacuum but also something that made the room look more modern. It looks amazing! It did NOT come folded like other reviews said, it came rolled up with plastic around it. It too just a moment to roll the ends the opposite way to get rid of the the little turn ups on the corner.

The rug has been on the floor for a week. The ends and corners will not lie flat. I have tried placing heavy weight on the corners but the just curl back creating a tripping hazard. I have no way of returning this defective product, so I hope nobody else will experience this issue.

This rug is so cute! I love the design and it seems like a very good rug for the money! It did come very wrinkled because of the way it was packaged but nothing a little hot water in a spray bottle and flattening it out with heavy things on the corners wont fix. You just have to be patient. But for the money that you save I think its worth the work. If made my living room look so much better. This is the 5x7 rug and it's the darker grey one. I love it! I've had it for about 3 weeks now. Folding the corners down like I have pictured helps alot too!

Ok, here goes. The product page shows a list price of $425, marked down to $96. A steal. This is in no way a $425 rug. It's barely a $96 rug. Here are the issues: 1. The color is much darker that expected, almost black, not gray. 2. The rug cam nicely packaged, but too nice maybe, because it will not flatten out. It is 10 ft by 12 ft and the ends are still curled up. And the whole rug has wrinkles that refuse to be flattened out. 3. The pile is not as thick as the product page describes, so it is not at all soft. All in all, because it is large and heavy, I do not think I can manage to send it back so I'm probably going to have to throw it away, since I cannot have this trip hazard on the floor. I would never be able to roll this back up. Even my cat won't sit on it. In my opinion, it is a terrible product.

I purchases the 9' x 12' rug. It was folded and heavily creased. Some of the creases are razor sharp, not just dented (if you understand what I mean). We followed all the tips, thinking "it is ridiculous having to spend them much effort on this". Nothing helped. We worked on it from both sides, we tried weighting the creases for several days to try to flatten them out in addition to the seller's suggestions. I have purchased rugs that were this size and larger and they were shipped rolled. There is no reason this could not have been shipped the same way, in my opinion. The smaller rugs might come rolled, which would be great. If this one had been I imagine I would be happy with it for the cost and the quality. This is ridiculous though. Now I have to figure out how to send it back because the return window will end soon. Big rug buyer beware. Order update: It has been 5 months since purchasing this rug (decided too much trouble to return) and the creases NEVER came out. Never again.

I wanted to get something that would fit my living room, yet be modern. This rug was it! I bought the 8x10. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews about the edges and rug having creases but NO WORRIES ya'll! FYI, it comes rolled up. All I did was unrolled it, put something heavy on it and vacuum the entire thing -- and then it looked soooo nice. No weird smells, just softness at your feet. It is thin but still soft enough. I don't like super heavy shaggy rugs and was glad this one was perfect. I loved it so much that I ordered another one! If you're debating, just stop and o r d e r it now. You're welcome!
