Wow! For the price this was an amazing find!!! I will always buy my area rugs from this seller. I have two dogs (house trained but shed a lot) and two kids under age 4. The rug arrived today, expertly packaged and quickly. It's a low pile rug, but soft nonetheless. HOWEVER, it is more taupe than light brown and the bands are an off-white/cream instead of beige, and it is bit shiny. A very pretty rug and a great value for the money. Also, although sturdy enough it is only 1/4 in thick, not a half inch thick as advertised. I measured it. UPDATE September 12, 2020 This rug is still holding up and is just as lovely as the first day I bought it! So easy to care for and because of the color shaving and striations if there's a spot on this rug I sure can't see it! Still very happy with my purchase. ... show more

I received this package folded in a few ways to fit the regulations for shipping size. The corners of the rug are bent up and even with vacuuming the corners will not go down. I have had a rug like this before and the corners are still turned up after a year. It is a huge fall risk and would not recommend purchasing this rug in a large size through the mail as the same thing is likely to happen. Wish I would have know this prior as now I have a huge rug that I paid lots of money for that will potentially break someone's hip. Other than that I like the rug. ... show more

Bought this as a rug for my son’s baseball-themed bedroom, and it looks great for the purpose...like a warmup batter’s box. It is not super thick, but didn’t expect it to be super cushy. Fibers are soft enough, not scratchy under foot, and I had no trouble getting the curl out (put weight on the corners for a night or so, and it flatbed out nicely). It IS extremely slippery on hard floor, so a rubber anti slip mat is necessary. My main issue is the “white” stripe around it, which is actually stained green. Not super imposing, but definitely not a nice bright white edge, and I am wondering if that is just manufactured that way, or is the green from the rug staining the white, and thus likely to seep into other fabrics that come into contact with it...? Works for us, so not a game changer. ... show more

It blows me away how expensive area rugs can be. I got this because it was on some crazy 60% discount and was under a hundred bucks. The rug is thin but reasonably soft. It came rolled/folded up and really wanted to hold onto those folds. I had to refold and roll it in all different ways to smooth it out and it still had some feint waviness to it. I have had it for a few months and seems like it has smoothed out for the most part. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a large rug. ... show more

Horribly disappointed. Summary I'd pay no more than $30 for what I received. Color is not uniform or smoothly blended. Very abrupt ugly splotches of different shades of green. Unlike the pictures or video in the description. White edge is stained from rolling the rug and can have a little or a lot. Mine had a lot. The color in the description isn't right or the quality control is horrible. I noticed that the white edges had some green on the picture and I thought that it lightly added in. Nope that's not true. It looks like the stained white edges will comes from the how the green fibres were dyed and leached on during the rolling process. So it can be light or it can be stained heavily. Looks like some customers received a more smoothly blended rug than I did. I just wonder if I just received a reject. I can't imagine paying 80 for this rug let along 200+ when this is not on sale. ... show more
