I have used them several times now and they work great. I have hand washed them so far. So I can not say how they will do in the dishwasher. The edge was even strong enough to chop some Bell pepper.

I had never had a tool like this until one came in a bread kit. How did I live without it? I bought this pack so I could toss in the dishwasher and still have ready to go. The two primary uses for me are for removing food from the cutting board (I used to use the flat part of the knife) and scraping the board and counter from residuals before wiping them down. I liked that it has 2 dough scrapers for this price. I have experience using this style of bench scrapers and the hard steel ones and I love using them in baking etc because it makes clean up a breeze.
