I use it for jumping rope and it mostly works as advertised - more comfortable and quieter than what I was using previously and it seems durable but it tends to move during my workout. This mat is nice and thick, but is nowhere near the size depicted in the photos. I can’t even plank on it. It barely reached from knees to chest. Okay for jump rope and crunches, but not much else. Beware deceptive product photos!
