This unit has three speeds that easily controlled by the left hand trigger. The unit is directed by simply pointing the unit in the direction you desire, left, right, up and down. Unit is leashed to the owner and floats just below the water. Battery lift varies depending on speed setting, roughly 30min on slow speed and about 15min on high. This is a great product and a lot of fun.

The unit is well made and complete with battery and charger. It pulled a 210 lb man around the pool for about 30 minutes. The only bad thing is that the battery will go-to-zero, even if not used for one week. Charge it up for four hours before use. My nine year-old nephew loved the three speeds he could go.

I've had 3 batteries fail. Unless you buy the battery from Asiwo they won't even talk to you. I bought one battery from them and it failed and I had to jump through hoops to get a new one. I took one battery apart and it had water in it. Surprised it didn't start on fire. Also had the battery clamp fail on one sea scooter. No parts available. They are fun while they last but they don't last for long Asiwo customer service is awful. Bought 2 of their kickboards and they cancelled the sale. Said they weren't in stock during the sale. Wouldn't honor the sale price when they came back in stock.

This was fun and fairly easy to use. Everyone enjoyed cruising along the shoreline at the beach with it from little to big and tall. The unit was easy to charge, instructions were acceptable, and the carry bag and wrist strap are great accessories. The battery is ok, but wish it lasted longer or had a second one since charging at a remote locations isn't doable and an hour among 4 isn't a lot of time for a day trip.

The media could not be loaded. Nine grandchildren ages 4-12 have had a turn and love this underwater scooter! Here are my observations and their comments 1. The less you weigh the faster it goes. Up to 50 lbs it seems to go at the max speed but over that it goes a little slower. An adult that weighs 180 lbs can use it and it does propel forward but it is very very slow. 2. If you have a little strength. You can turn the scooter down and swim completely underwater and it goes a little faster. The youngest ones weren’t able to do that for very long but enjoyed riding just on top of the water. 3. Holding the two buttons down and twisting your wrists to make it turn down got some complaints of sore hands from some after 2” mins. But they still didn’t want to stop!! 4. The battery seems to last s little longer than stated. For those that weigh under 50 lbs it lasted for 30 mins! Easy to charge. Easy to store in nice quality waterproof bag. This has been the life of the party! At the price point of $399 it is pricey but in line with other similar products. I wish we had a budget that would allow the purchase of a couple more! I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. I first used the Asiwo Underwater Scooter in a pool to try it out. I was impressed with the thrust which was delivered. The scooter has 3 available speeds which are easily changed by way of the finger triggers. The video shows me traveling 3 lengths of the pool on slow, med, and fast respectively. I found the medium speed to be nice and used fast for short bursts. After the pool trail, I headed to the ocean. My observations are as follows: It’s kind of awkward not having your hands free to use them to swim, especially when dealing with getting past the surf zone. The conditions were very surgey and the scooter was unable to propel me in certain circumstances. I think that I could have out swam the scooter (with fins) against the current. I was wearing a full wetsuit (no weightbelt) and I was able to dive using the power of the scooter only even though I was quite buoyant. I was able to hold my breath for longer not working so hard to swim to the bottom. To start the scooter it is necessary to hold both the left and right trigger. However, after initiated it is allowable to remove one hand to equalize if needed without having the scooter cut power. It was relatively easy to operate with one hand for a short period of time. I was out for about 20 minutes (not continuous use, but often) and traveled the route shown spending time around some rocks. I returned with about 25% battery capacity. While I was out I notice that some sea weeds had became tangled around the propellers. They seemed to be spinning okay and I was unable to remove the covers in the water. When I returned home I had to use a punch and tap lightly with a hammer to remove the covers. Then it was relatively straightforward to remove the debris. All and all, its a fun thing in the right conditions. Perhaps the novelty will wear off after a while and I will get tired of dragging it along and just swim.

I received my water scooter yesterday, charged it up and took it to the pool. Used it all of 15 minutes and the battery went dead. The battery usage is super low like not worth it for sure and I could not find anywhere on Amazon or the manufactures site to purchase another battery as a back up.. After all the attempts to purchase another battery we Charged it again for 6 hours and took it out again this time my granddaughter got her finger injured by the propeller. This is for sure not a good idea for small hands I am small but not child like small and my fingers fit inside the propeller guard. This could be a tragedy waiting to happen I won't be letting the kids use it ever again..

Either battery charger died or batter did. Contacted manufacturer and no response . I wanted to see if I could buy another charger to diagnose. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE $400.00 paperweight
