The media could not be loaded. They thought of just about everything with this device! The screen has side protectors to block out the sun. The case is pretty tight to help repel against water. The display doesn't seem completely water proof, but it is definitely built to take on a certain amount of wetness. The camera is definitely waterproof and has very clear sight. It works both under water as well as above. It has a long cable on a reel and can be easily retracted. Everything folds up and comes together nicely to fit in the travel case included. All I can say is wow! I'm very impressed with the great value of this unit and I highly recommend it!

I'm pretty impressed with this fishing camera and just wish a few things could have been better for a really great set up. Quality of the screen and camera is fantastic the IPS screen is on par with higher end models and easy to see everything the camera puts out. Camera is decent could be obviously better but you won't get that at this price range. Everything comes in a case to keep you organized. And the monitor is light enough that if you mount this to a fishing pole like they advertise won't be too heavy. A few cons is switching between camera down position and ice fishing is a hassle, same with trying to balance the whole unit if you want a horizontal camera position. The plastic and the forks all around could be better. While on the monitor the side and back covers protect the screen when it's closed and block direct sunlight. They are also fixed to open or closed positions. So if you want to watch the screen with someone else the sides don't move out of the way or easily detachable.

The fishing camera and monitor have a nice clear color picture. It comes with a 100 foot cable. This is the part I like, it gives me plenty of cable for dropping straight down into the deep part of the lake. At these depths the infrared option really comes in handy for seeing the fish. I'm not a very good fisherman and I feel this camera really improves my chances of catching something.
