The restrooms in my business are quite a ways from the water heater. With the short uses of the sinks, the hot water doesn't have a chance to make it all of the way to the rest room and then gets cold waiting for the next use. I placed this in the restroom and piped it io the sink. It heats fast and delivers plenty of water. I was able to shutoff the feed from the water heater to the hot lines in the rest rooms and then back feed to get the hot water from this unit between the two rooms. I'm a fan!

There are a few great things about this and one point to clarify. Installation is simple. The inlets/outlets are standard sizes and the quality is just fine. The dial controls the temperature and, thanks to the digital readout, it's pretty easy to set. It's a completely reasonable size for what it is. The important thing, though, is that this is not an instant hot water heater. Tankless on demand heaters heat cold water as the cold water passes around the heating elements. This is a mini hot water heater that keeps a reservoir of 2.5 gallons hot 24 hours a day. The estimated cost for this unit is $75 per year according to the yellow energy estimate tags. If you use a sink all the time and just need instant water, this is a great value. If you seldom use the sink and that's why you need instant hot water, paying this per year is a lot. It really depends on your usage scenario.

Our original water heater burned out and it was so disappointing. I'm assuming that the brand wasn't the best because we had so many issues with it before it actuallu gave out on us. I'm happy to say that this water heater suits our needs perfectly. It was so easy to remove the old one and install this one, thank to the manufacturer's instructions. We've had it installed and working for almost 2 days now and needless to say, everything's running really good. So far so good. We haven't experienced any issues yet and it literally heats our water in 15 minutes which is great. We've run it numerous times and not one issue. I highly recommend this brand because of the great quality. Honestly. It's worth every penny. I will stick with this brand for good. It's definitely great to have.

I dunno, not very "instant". Maybe I'm expecting too much. Everything was professionally plumbed. Temperature does get "there" just not a fast as I thought it would. Easy to install according to the plumber.

. Quality water heater. My wife says "it's so cute". Hmmm. I say it works GREAT ! It does look good - clean lines and simple controls. Installs easy. The 2.5 gallon is just right for an auxiliary sink or wet bar. Generates plenty of hot water right at the sink for washing a few cups and dishes and washing hands. To think of the energy savings - not running a water pipe for hot water. Most of it radiates away before making it to its destination. That adds A LOT OF VALUE to this unit. Very pleased !

I have a deep sink in my shop that had no hot water, until now!. Originally this was only a toilet so i added the sink to wash my hands. I received this yesterday and installed it right away. What a difference to have hot water. This little 110v water heater was easy to install and use. It is designed to fit under a sink, but that is up to you. You can adjust the temp where you want it for comfort which makes it very functional. As I only use it to wash my hands, I always have hot water now. It does not have a lot of volume, but that is a given for a unit this size. It was perfect for my needs.

This KENUOS Under Sink Instant Mini Hot Water Heater really gets the job done. It takes a few minutes to install, but it works great, and provides hot water within less than 10 sexconds every time. It does have a linted capacity, but it's good for a shower, running the dishwasher, or a couple of loads of laundry. Great value and high functionality...five stars!

I am using this at a pet washing station, so the cats aren't so startled by the cold water. The dogs didn't seem to mind. It was a very easy install and it works well. It is very lightweight yet seems well made. It does what it promises to do.
