  • Wonderful eye cream. High quality ingredients. Impressive.
I am reviewing “Hydro boosting eye cream” branded by Spring Sisters. This product is manufactured in China using a “Korean formula”. The Amazon reviews for this eye cream are a mess, with many irrelevant products mixed up in the reviews so I want to be very clear here about which product I am reviewing. Product was delivered quickly after ordering, and comes in a sealed box. Upon opening the box is the eye cream tube and a little booklet with “how to” photographs of a young woman doing sun salutation yoga sequences (they call them – Surya Namaskar) – okay - a nice little touch, thanks! Now on to the eye cream. The tube is a generous .7oz - plastic of course, with a smooth, stainless steel tip from which you dispense the product. It feels high quality – both the packaging and the cream itself. It's creamy and white, lightweight and non greasy, it absorbs well and when you apply it you can feel it working. Really nice, deep moisturizing for a sensitive area and no discomfort noted. Really impressive. A lot of care went into this eye cream and it's as good if not better than others I've used in the past at a much higher price tag! ... show more

  • Not a roller, but still nice
The media could not be loaded. This review is for the Spring Sisters hydro boosting eye cream. I want to start by pointing out that calling this applicator a "roller" is a bit off. It's not a rolling ball, but a solid, rounded metallic tip with a hole for the cream to come through. Despite the inaccuracy, I did like how it felt against my skin. It gives a nice massage, even though it's not a roller. The cream itself tad heavier than I prefer, but it feels kind of protective in a way. I think using this cream and using the rounded applicator tip to give my undereyes a little massage does make my undereyes look temporarily brighter. The cream is genuinely moisturizing, it seems to last quite a while. I appreciate that, as it keeps my skin feeling hydrated. Overall, this product is effective, the massage action is nice, but the misleading "roller" label threw me off a bit. ================================= Here is the entire ingredients list from the back of the box: Aqua, Butylene Glycol, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Oil, Glycerin, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Betaine, Caffeine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Niacinamide, Secale Cereale (Rye) Seed Extract, Squalane, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5, Bacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, Dimethicone, Dipeptide-2, Ectoin, Glyceryl Glucoside, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Panthenol, Steareth-20, Chrysin, Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Hydroxyacetophenone, Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Pentylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Xanthan Gum, Ascorbic Acid, Folic Acid, Hydrogenated Lecithin, N-Hydroxysuccinimide, Allantoin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Disodium EDTA. ... show more

  • Made in China, no website available
This eye cream does not disclose the country of Origin on the site description. It’s not possible to look up any further information about it, as it appears this is their only skincare product. I wouldn’t have ordered had I know where it was from. It does have a nice applicator. I believe the present $25 is pricey for under an ounce of this particular eye cream. 0.7 ounce ... show more

  • Won't be purchasing again, as it isn't cruelty-free ☹
This was a quality eye cream for a fair price. However, while I liked it, at the time of this review, there wasn't a cruelty-free label on the package/product or in the online listing, so I can't recommend it and won't be purchasing it again. Two stars off for that. PROS: Cooling effect Zinc Roller Lots of great ingredients Korean formula Scent-free Non-irritating Hydrating Soft skin CONS: Zinc roller sometimes feels a little too cold for my preference, even at room temperature It would be nice to see the amount of packaging reduced No cruelty-free label on product/packaging, or in online listing I really liked the product, but I won't support a company that isn't cruelty-free. ... show more

  • Nice Eye Cream, BUT...
This cream has a cooling effect from the metal applicator as well as the ingredients, but... it makes my eyes ever so SLIGHTLY sting for a little while (likely from the peppermint in it). This cream has no peppermint scent, and is odorless. The consistency isn't sticky, but leaves a lightweight silky film, seemingly making a moisture mask. The size is good for travel, but the lid isn’t great for travel. The cap pops on and off, but there’s a hidden slant inside the lid, so when I twist the lid (in either direction), the cap easily lifts off. When closing, I have to twist the lid a little so the slant aligns with the applicator’s slant for it to close all the way. I went on a road trip with this, and the change in elevation made the eye cream come out of the tube a little. The cap partially contained it; there was some eye cream stuck in the inside of the cap, which I can’t reach. I do like this eye cream though, so this will just be one that stays home from now on. ... show more

  • Meh
I'm not sure how many uses before I'm supposed to see a difference but I have seriously puffy under eyes (33 year old mom of three who has insomnia) so I was hoping that this would make some sort of a difference. As of yet, nothing at all has changed. Not even the texture under my eyes so I can't even say that the skin is softer or anything. ... show more
