I have been using this treadmill daily ever since I purchased it. It’s quiet fits in our bedroom and underneath my desk. It’s perfect to walk on during meetings being how quiet it is. The max speed is 3.8 which is a decent jog, but I would prefer a slightly higher jogging speed. As happy as I am with this treadmill (and I seriously love it), i’m even happier with their customer service. This treadmill works only with a remote control (no controls on the treadmill itself) and I just happen to have a two year old who loves remote controls. I thought this remote was safe from my thieving two year old, however, I was wrong. He found this remote and hid it somewhere in his stash that I am sure, I will find when we pack up this house to sell it in 20+ years. Alas, I was unable to use my treadmill without the remote. I contacted customer service explaining my situation and they responded back within a few hours asking for my home address so they can send a free replacement remote control.     • Not a bad product overall, but a little too short
Let me preface this review by saying that I usually walk to work, but I live in Texas and at the time of this purchase item, is currently summer with temps hitting triple digits. In other words, unsafe to walk outside. For the product it self, it's easy to set-up and isn't complicated to use. (I did have use an extension cord to reach an outlet due to the layout of my living room but that can be fixed without issues.) Remote is simple and user friendly, but I did wish it had numbers to set the time without having to constantly hit the ' + ' button each time because the loud beeping would be shorten. I know this is a walking pad and not a treadmill, but the only real big compliant I have is the length of it. I am someone that has long strides when it comes to walking so I'm really having to watch out and be careful with the length of my steps which in turn makes it's uncomfortable for me to walk comfortably. I work from home and wanted to start getting in a little extra exercise during the day. My only issue with this walking pad is that it seems to shut itself down after about 50 mins of run time at 3.0 speed, maybe it’s overheating, which is mildly annoying when i’m going for 60 mins but I guess that gives me extra time to rest. other than that, it’s quiet (other than the beeps when starting up) and fits under my bed comfortably so that I can store it when it’s not in use. I’ll update this review if needed but it’s been going strong for about a week and i’m enjoying the extra walking time. ... show more

Alright I am still very fresh with using this, but hopefully the points can offer some purchasing guidance. I like this walking pad so far! Its fairly slim so I can tuck it under my desk easily. I HATE the loud beeping. I immediately disassembled and popped the beep/speaker thing off. Risky? Maybe. But it was SO LOUD. Yes, you can pop it off - I just VERY slowly wiggled a sharp object under it. When there is no weight on the pad, it is SILENT. When you step on it, it makes almost a dragging sound. Its fine, its pretty much like a white noise. I can't help but to feel like the material the belt is made of could have been different and possibly reduced this sound. I'll live. The remote works great, the size is great, overall, I'm happy! I will not be doing more than walking on it, so the speeds are plenty. Working a desk job can have many health risks, surprisingly, so I hope this will last a little while and give me more mobility in my day! ... show more

I ordered one and when it came, it had an error code because some of the internal wiring was wrong. Emailed the customer support and they sent a new one out for free! Works great

Overall not a bad walking pad. I like how this one features a large led, adjustable brackets to keep the belt in place, and a manual off switch. Remote is also fairly basic and it's easy to cycle through settings. Instructions were a bit meh (pictures weren't that great) and I feel like the manufacturer could've included more belt lubricant. There were a few things that weren't so great. It has a very high pitched beep when the machine is powered on and when you're adjusting speeds or cycling displays. Also, there's no way to control it without the remote and it doesn't ship with batteries. Finally, the track is kind of narrow and short. If I'm not actively thinking about my stride, I find myself walking on the back roller. Outside of that though, it's been a great space saving machine. I'd recommend it. ... show more

I had really high hopes for this walking pad. I am a beginner, so I didn't want to invest a ton in case I didn't like it. I use it a few times a week for an hour or two each time.. At first, it was great. Easy to set up, easy to move and easy to use. It's not the most quiet, but it is fine when you turn music on in the background. 2 months after light use, it now makes the loudest creaking/squeaking noise when you walk. I have tried all options to remedy the issue but still, nothing changes it. I contacted the seller and they quickly offered a replacement or a refund.     • Speedometer not accurate
First, I have to say this treadmill works as advertized and I do get great use out of it. My only issue is that the speedometer is NOT accurate. For example, after an hour of walking at 3.8mph, the treadmill will tell me I've walked less than three miles. This is corroborated by my fitbit. So the top speed is far short of 3.8mph. The 'distance' metric seems to be accurate, just not the 'speed'. Other than that, I have no complaints.
