The only issue is the lighter colors are very sheer and are basically see through — like you can see your belly button through the shirt. I got three of these shirts for a backpacking trip. They fit true to size compared to other UA tops (I have a short torso, so they’re always 3-4 inches too long). I kept the dark and light heather gray shirts but returned the opal because the material was thicker than the others. This top was perfect for a very sweaty hike in the Canadian Rockies. It wicked great in the 85 degree heat and really kept me cool. I ordered an XXL (i have a large chest). It was pretty snug. doable but not the best, so i ordered a 3xl and it was enormous. I see there is a 2xl, maybe that is somewhere in the middle? not sure. either way i got a decent deal and both will work for hiking

I have purchased this top in two colors - pink and orange. I love the fabric, fit and colors. The v-neck is very flattering and the style is slightly loose, not fitted, which i like. I am 5'6" and weight 150 lbs. The medium fit perfectly.

Color: (544) Tux Purple / Retro Purple / Metall... Size: Medium
Cons: —the fabric can tend to hold on to B.O. (but this is true of many polyester type shirts) —the material could be softer/smoother, both in the fabric and the seaming (but at this price point, it’s what I’d expect, and it’s certainly “ok”) —the fit runs large. Just know they will be a little loose if you order your true size. But I think the idea is for these to have a more relaxed fit, so I don’t personally mind this. Otherwise, these are great for running and working out in. I have bought a number of these shirts over the years, and they’ve held up well. I just wish the fabric were as silky and light as some UA Heatgear shirts I bought years ago…if only UA would bring that back! ... show more
