I normally wear a M in EVERYTHING, but the M in this style fits more like a Small! I ordered a Large and they are great! A little big in the waist, however, they have a draw string, so no big deal. I also Ike the fact that they are not tight on the thighs! I do not have big thighs, but it is hard to find athletic shorts that are not tight on the thighs. the quality of the shorts is excellent and the price is very good, unfortunately I am upset with the supplier, it is unacceptable that they send me a different size than the one I bought and even worse when it is a gift for my wife, one must sell it or give it away
