We just purchased the ST03 Pro model. When we opened the box we were pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and how well it was put together. With all the functions packed into one package, it gave us quite a good value for money compared to all the other ones we researched. Pros: Great look and feel. Feels solid and well put together. The heated seat warms up quickly! No more cold cheeks on the lid during winters. Auto open and close works pretty well, the roller mechanism feels pretty sturdy and not flimsy at all. Water pressure from the pump was strong enough to flush waste away with ease. The bidet worked quite well with ample pressure, the water was warm right away. It even has water massage settings which was surprisingly comfortable. The instructions manual is very useful and clear， remote it came with made playing with the different settings super easy. Not really cons, but room for improvement: Maybe integrate the functions into an app instead of a remote? The entire installation process is easy, but the toilet itself is a bit heavy. All in all, this is a great and well-designed product, works extremely well and definitely well worth the price.

I got this for my aging parents, and while they thought something like this was a bit “gimmicky”, there is no way they would turn it loose now. This toilet is all about comfort and quality of life. The height is perfect, as is the large size and contour of the seat. This is one product that seemingly went through some actual testing after it was designed. It’s easy to spend more on one of these bidet toilets, but you won’t get more for your money than buying this one. Works great in every respect, and what it doesn’t do automatically is easy and effortless with the remote. The words on the remote are a bit small for older eyes, so I used little pieces of different colored post it notes to help them remember the location of bidet on and stop buttons. This toilet says it’s self cleaning, and it is! Amazing! The night light at the base and in the bowl make middle of the night goes much, much safer. This toilet weighs every bit of the 110lbs indicated in the listing, and I hired a plumber because of that. In my case, I did need to have the water supply stop moved to make room for this unit. Also, I highly recommend arranging for some power for the toilet before installing it, to avoid subjecting your folks to an extension cord. In my case, the toilet was in its own little room, and I installed an outlet using power from the light switch for the room. The amount of time from “That’s ridiculous” to “Thank you” was pretty much instantaneous….

I installed it myself and can confirm the directions are terrible. They are written in English but much is lost in translation. There were a couple of parts that the directions do not tell you where they go but I found a video on another Amazon review and he had them installed. This is a toilet you literally never have to touch. It opens the lid when you walk up. The button you tap with your toe lifts the seat. It flushes when you walk away. You can flush with the remote too. The dry cycle is 4.5 minutes which is a touch too short, although I have not played with increasing the air temperature that blows so that may help. I wondered how well it would clean with just water but it works very well. The seat is heated. The water jet is heated. The air dryer is heated. This is the most relaxing toilet I have ever had.

I recently installed the Upgraded Smart Toilet, and overall, it’s a great addition to my bathroom with a few areas that could be improved to make it perfect. Installation: The installation process was straightforward, though it took me a bit longer because I needed to move a water line. One thing worth noting is that I didn’t need to change the toilet flange during the install. Based on my research, it seems most toilet flanges are fairly standard, so be sure to double-check yours before starting—there’s a good chance you won’t need to replace it. I also used a waxless ring, which seems to be working well so far with no leaks. Performance & Features: This toilet offers a wide range of features, but there are a few quirks: The auto-open/close lid is convenient but can be a bit much. The lid opens every time I walk into the bathroom, even if I’m not using the toilet. It would be nice to have the option to turn off the proximity sensor or adjust its sensitivity so you need to be closer for it to activate. The heated seat, bidet function, and instant warm water work as expected and feel luxurious. However, I wish the water pressure on the high setting were slightly stronger—it’s a touch weaker than the bidet seat I’m used to. The auto-cleaning mode is another area where more customization would be helpful. While I haven’t tested it fully while sitting, the cleaning cycle seems longer than necessary. Having programmable options to shorten or adjust the cleaning duration would improve the experience. Final Thoughts: This toilet delivers a sleek, modern look with features like a deodorizer, powerful flush for low water pressure areas, and an auto-open/close lid. While it performs well overall, improvements like adjustable auto lid settings, stronger water pressure, and customizable cleaning options would make it a standout. If you’re in the market for a smart toilet, this one is definitely worth considering!
