Get tested first
I bought this product to address all the presenting symptoms listed in the description. Shortly after I got hormone testing done, and found that my thyroid wasn't the culprit. That's not to say there aren't useful nutrients in this supplement, but don't make the same mistake as me. Testing may be expensive but so is wasting money on supplements that won't help your problem. Also, drink A LOT of water when you take this. Powdery burp aftertaste is nauseating and gag inducing (yuck).

Only taking since 10/27. Had significant hair loss all this year. Leg cramps, hemithyroidectomy ; plus many other medical ailments. Hair loss almost stopped as well as other symptoms I listed above. I feel overall better, more energy and less brain fog. Change was so dramatic. I have not taken anything else supplement wise that could have attributed to theses changes. Will recommend thyrite to family and friends.

Not what I expected to happen.
This product came to me highly recommended. I used one whole bottle and I never saw any kind of results. I used it according to package directions. And the main thing I did have with a lot of stomach cramps and diarrhea with it.

5 weeks in. So far waiting for results
I know ppl who swear by thyrite by umzu (all males). I missed a few days here and there during the first couple weeks. Today is day 2 of week 5. Hopefully I'll start seeing good results. Last month I actually gained weight. I have also been exercising for a few weeks daily and am feeling better. More energy, less brain fog. Idk if it's exercising, thyrite, or a combination of the two Hopefully the scale will be moving in a good direction
